1 SAP Ambulatory Care Management

1.1 DE: PPA Forms - Request Appt Arrangement Code from eAppointment Service (New)

Use

This function is only relevant for the country version Germany.

Um die Ziele des Gesetzes für schnellere Termine und bessere Versorgung (Terminservice- und

Versorgungsgesetz, TSVG) zu unterstützen, können Ärzte während der Erstellung von Überweisungen einen Vermittlungscode vom eTerminservice anfordern. Der Patient benötigt diesen Vermittlungscode, um bei der Terminservicestelle einen dringenden Termin bei einem Facharzt vermittelt zu bekommen.

Der Benutzer kann einen Vermittlungscode in den Dokumenten zum KV-Formular Muster 6

(Überweisungsschein) anfordern. Das System zeigt zusätzlich zum Vermittlungscode im Dokument auch die Kontaktdaten der Terminservicestelle an. Die Daten werden vollständig in das betreffende Formular gedruckt.

Das SAP Ambulatory Care Management hat das Audit der KV Telematik (Audit-Nr.: eTS-2019-072) und die KBV-Zertifizierung für das Zertifizierungsthema eTerminservice erfolgreich abgeschlossen (Prüfnummer Y/

167/1910/36/343).

Voraussetzungen

● Das System Cerner amasys ist in mindestens Version 3.06 funktionsfähig angeschlossen.

● Für die Betriebsstättennummer (BSNR) liegt eine KV-Abrechnungslizenz vor.

● Für die Betriebsstättennummer (BSNR) liegt ein KV-Connect-Zugang vor.

● Für die Betriebsstättennummer (BSNR) ist KV-Connect funktionsfähig eingerichtet.

Zusätzliche Details

Um einen Vermittlungscode anzufordern, muss der Benutzer im Gruppenrahmen eTerminservice eine Dringlichkeit und eine Fachgruppe angeben. Die Fachgruppe kann alternativ als Freitext eingegeben werden.

Optional kann der Benutzer Zusatzbezeichnungen wählen. Wenn der Benutzer die Überweisung als dringend einstuft, muss ein Vermittlungscode angefordert und auf das KV-Formular Muster 6 gedruckt werden.

Mit der Drucktaste Anfordern fordert der Benutzer einen Vermittlungscode an. Das System stellt den empfangenen Vermittlungscode im Dokument nach jedem vierten Zeichen mit einem Trennzeichen getrennt dar. Das System druckt im Formular den Vermittlungscode mit dem Präfix Vermittlungscode: in die erste Zeile des Feldes Auftrag. Der Text aus dem Feld Auftrag im Dokument wird hinter den Vermittlungscode und hinter die optionalen Zusatzbezeichnungen gedruckt, falls das Druckende noch nicht erreicht ist.

Auswirkungen auf die Systemverwaltung

Die Dokumenttypdefinitionen werden als BC-Sets in Installationspaketen ausgeliefert. Importieren Sie das aktuell gültige BC-Set ISH_N2_INSTPMDS_ACM_KV_BIS_605 oder

ISH_N2_INSTPMDS_ACM_KV_BIS_605_NO-UNICODE. Um das BC-Set in das System zu importieren, verwenden Sie die PMD-Transportworkbench. Weitere Informationen dazu finden Sie unter PMD Transport Workbench.

Auswirkungen auf das Customizing

Um einen Vermittlungscode vom eTerminservice in den Dokumenten anfordern zu können, müssen Sie folgende Einstellungen im System vorgenommen haben:

● Sie müssen für die betreffenden Benutzer die KV-Connect-Zugangsdaten im Customizing eingeben unter Branchenlösung Krankenhaus SAP Ambulatory Care Management Behandlung

Ambulanzformulare KV-Connect: eTerminservice einrichten .

Um die für den KV-Connect-Zugang erforderlichen Daten einzugeben, kann die Administration den berechtigten Benutzern alternativ die Sicht V_TN3KV_VERCODE im Menü des SAP Easy Access zur Verfügung stellen unter System Dienste Tabellenpflege Erweit. Tab.pflege .

● Um die Blankoformularbedruckung (BFB) einzurichten, führen Sie die folgende Customizing-Aktivität aus unter Branchenlösung Krankenhaus SAP Ambulatory Care Management Behandlung

Ambulanzformulare :

○ Blankoformularbedruckung (BFB) einrichten

Um die BFB zu verwenden, richten Sie das Formular ISHMED_BFB_FORM_06_V003 ein.

● Um die Daten in das Formular drucken zu können, führen Sie zusätzlich die erforderlichen Customizing- Aktivitäten aus unter SAP Easy Access Branchenlösung Krankenhaus Werkzeuge

Use

Die Kassenärztliche Bundesvereinigung fordert, dass aus Datenschutzgründen ein System ab dem 1. Quartal 2020 einen bereits vorhandenen Patienten im Patientenstamm über die Eingabe einer SKT-Zusatzangabe (SKT

= Sonstiger Kostenträger) identifizieren können muss.

Die SKT-Zusatzangaben hinterlegen Sie im Behandlungsschein. Sie enthalten zusätzliche

Abrechnungsinformationen (zum Beispiel Name des Auslands, Personenkennziffer, Aktennummer Sozialamt), die zur Abrechnung von KV-Fällen mit Sonstigen Kostenträgern von bestimmten Kassenärztlichen

Vereinigungen (KV) gefordert werden.

Ab diesem Support Package können Sie in der Landesversion Deutschland über die “Erweiterte Suche” im Einstiegsbild einer IS-H-Transaktion einen Patienten über die SKT-Zusatzangabe im System identifizieren.

In der Liste der Patienten mit SKT-Zusatzangabe werden Ihnen alle Patienten angezeigt, die einen gültigen Behandlungsschein mit der angegebenen SKT-Zusatzangabe besitzen.

3 Communication

3.1 DE: §302: Switch from Version 12 (VA.2) to Version 13 (VA.3) (Changed)

Use

Die Version 13 des Abrechnungs- und Übermittlungsverfahrens für Heil- und Hilfsmittel nach §302 SGB V ist ab dem 01.04.2020 anzuwenden. Die Version 12 verliert zum 31.03.2020 ihre Gültigkeit. Daten werden ab diesem Zeitpunkt nur noch im Format der Version 13 angenommen.

Die Beschreibung der technischen Realisierung und des Vorgehens bei der Umstellung von VA.2 auf VA.3 finden Sie im SAP-Hinweis 2879492 - IS-H §302: Versionswechsel von Version 12 (VA.2) zu Version 13 (VA.3) zum 01.04.2020.

Die inhaltlichen Änderungen der Version 13 betreffen die folgenden Bereiche:

● Im Leistungsbereich A (Hilfsmittel) sind im Nachrichtentyp SLLA die Mehrkosten aus Segment ZUH in ein eigenes Segment MEH verlagert.

● Die Business-Add-Ins (BAdIs) ISH_EDI_NC302VA3, ISH_EDI_NC302VA3_GAI und ISH_EDI_NC302VA3_UNB sind entsprechend der Version 13 angelegt.

Zur Unterstützung der Änderungen in den Segmenten ZUH und MEH steht mit Version 13 in der Methode GET_DATA_GAI der zusätzliche Parameter CT_MEHRKOSTEN.
