Investitionsprojekt Beta 1
• Beta möchte eine alte Maschine durch eine neue Maschine ersetzen.
• Die alte Maschine wurde vor drei Jahren zum Preis von $100.000 angeschafft.
• Es erfolgt eine lineare Abschreibung über fünf Jahr, die wirtschaftliche Lebensdauer dieser Maschine beträgt insgesamt acht Jahre.
• Beta rechnet mit einem Wiederverkaufswert von
$50.000 heute und von $10.000 in fünf Jahren.

Beta hat die Wahl zwischen zwei neuen Maschinen:

Die Maschine A kostet $150.000 und verursacht Einrichtungskosten (Installation, Fundament etc.) von$10.000. Es findet eine lineare Abschreibung über fünf Jahre statt. Nach Ablauf dieser Zeit erwartet Beta einen Restwert der Maschine von $50.000.
