Analyse und Behandlungskonzepte.
Auf den renovierten Stationen stehen vorwiegend Zweibettzimmer zur Verfügung, auf den Normalpflegestationen auch zwei Vierbettzimmer, die im Wesentlichen für überwachungspflichtige Patienten bestimmt sind. Die Zimmer sind überwiegend mit Fernsehern ausgestattet.
Um den steigenden Anforderungen und der erhöhten Komplexität gerecht zu werden arbeiten wir ständig daran, unsere Patientenversorgung zu optimieren. So bieten wir seit Sommer 2004 in enger Kooperation mit verschiedenen Rehabilitationszentren in 14-tägigen Abständen ein Patientenseminar an. Ziel ist es, unsere elektiven Patienten bereits präoperativ über das nachfolgende Anschlussheilverfahren sowie zum Beispiel über atemtherapeutische Mobilisationsmaßnahmen zu informieren. Die Seminarabende finden regen Zuspruch unserer Patienten und sind mittlerweile zu einem festen Bestandteil unseres patientenorientierten Arbeitens geworden.
Seit dem 10.Dezember 2003 sind wir nach DIN ISO zertifiziert. Im Rahmen der Vorbereitung zur Zertifizierung wurden sämtliche Arbeitsabläufe der Klinik nochmals überarbeitet und standardisiert.
Wir sehen dies als weiteren Baustein in der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung unserer Behandlungsqualität.
Der Qualitätsmanagementprozess wird auch in Zukunft kontinuierlich fortgesetzt, um das Optimum in der Patientenversorgung und der Zusammenarbeit mit niedergelassenen Kollegen zu erreichen.
