3.5.6.13 Analgetische medikamentöse Behandlung der alkoholassoziierten Polyneuropathie Die medikamentöse analgetische Behandlung bei polyneuropathischen Schmerzen ist komplex und

detailliert beschrieben (Finnerup et al., 2015, Saarto und Wiffen, 2010). Bei der analgetischen Behandlung der alkoholassoziierten Polyneuropathie sollten analgetische Medikamente mit Suchtpotential nach Möglichkeit vermieden werden (Bonnet und Scherbaum, 2017, Witkiewitz et al., 2018).

3.5.7 Versorgungsalgorithmus

Aufgrund der engen Verknüpfung der alkoholbezogenen Störung als Grunderkrankung und der Erkrankung von Leber, Pankreas sowie Polyneuropathien erscheint es sinnvoll, grundsätzlich von beiden Fachgebieten her die jeweils andere Erkrankung mit zu bedenken und aktiv danach zu suchen, wie es im folgenden Versorgungsalgorithmus dargestellt ist.
