UPOV No Characteristics State of expression Note

Lemur is the first diploid variety of hybrid ryegrass from Swiss breeding. It forms in summer as many reproductive tillers as Italian ryegrass and therefore it provides very high yields. But its leaves are finer and it builds denser and more persistent crops.
