Madrid an Dr. E. Hübner in Berlin.

Delgado und von mir aber so gelesen. Die Münze scheint aTrikanisch und
von besserer Arbeit als die sonstigen. Ich lese rWian TBRBÄT = Tu-

on de Lagarde's edition of the Syriac Text of S. Clementis
Romani Recognitione»
Dr. de Lagarde correctly deicribes tbe ms. B. (Add, 14,609) as de- Tective and misbound. Tbe volume must bave come to tbe British Museum in ibat coodition , Toi. 113 being marked ^, M. 122 ou , fol. 130 Qj ,
foK 142 fol. 150 CAU, foL 158 fol. 166 ytO , snd M, 176
\o , Since its arrival, a qnire of eight leaves hu been added to It, and It oow awaits its turn to be arranged. As Dr. de Lagarde has eollated hli copy tbree times with the tno mss. (see his preface, p. V.), it is remarkable that he should on each occasion have passed over six leaves of B. , jiamely those at present numbered 153 to 158 inclusive, forming part of ibe quires
mSrked and t.^.*. Considering the value of the work, I bave thought
it as well lo try to supply this deficiency by collating this portion of tbe Ms. with Dr. de Lagarde's edition. I have not, however, taken note of
inch slight variations as , ; ^&a^^ , \3l^^; t^i , ».Mai, with
its derivatives ; and the like.
