Verordnung zur Vereinheitlichung von IT-Lösungen (IT-Vereinheitlichungsverordnung – ITVereinhVO)

Vom 24. September 2020 (KABl. 2020 I Nr. 73, S. 193)

Auf Grund des § 3 Absatz 2 Kirchengesetz über den Einsatz von Informationstechnolo- gie1 (IT-Gesetz EKvW – ITG –) hat die Kirchenleitung folgende Verordnung beschlossen:

§ 1 Geltungsbereich

Diese Verordnung gilt im Anwendungsbereich des ITG gemäß § 1 Absatz 1 Satz 1 ITG1.

§ 2 Einheitlichkeit

Für die Bereiche Firewall-Technik, Videokonferenzen, Textverarbeitung, Tabellenkalku- lation, Präsentation, Kollaboration sowie die dafür erforderliche Dateiablage und das dafür erforderliche Hosting wird der Einsatz von einheitlichen IT-Lösungen festgelegt.

§ 3 Inkrafttreten2

Diese Verordnung tritt am 1. Oktober 2020 in Kraft und ist im Kirchlichen Amtsblatt zu veröffentlichen.
