Diese GSO ist in dem entsprechenden Materialstamm im GROHE SAP‐System als Werknorm hinterlegt.

This GSO is deposited as a company standard in the appropriate material master in the GROHE SAP‐system.

Fertigungslogistik

Die in der Stückliste entsprechend angegebenen Positionen werden vom Lieferanten erstellt bzw. beschafft. Sämtliche Vorgaben von GROHE sind einzuhalten und werden für diese Positionen zur Verfügung gestellt. Die beizustellenden Positionen sind rechtzeitig bei GROHE anzufordern.

Manufacturing logistics

The positions, which are indicated in the parts list, are provi‐

ded and/or procured from the supplier. All GROHE guideli‐

nes for all positions will be provide by GROHE and must be strictly adhered. The components which are provided by GROHE must be ordered in time.

Technische Daten

Für die technische und optische Produktausstattung dieses Artikels ist die vom Hersteller erstellte und freigegebene Dokumentation verbindlich. GROHE übernimmt die vom Hersteller erstellten Daten.

Manufacturing logistics

The documentation released and developed by the supplier is binding for the technical and visual product equipment of this article. GROHE takes over the data from the supplier.

Der Lieferant liefert 2D/3D‐Daten des kompletten Produktes inkl. Stücklisten und Einzelteildarstellung. Vorgeschriebene GROHE‐Nummern der Standardbauteile müssen aus der Stückliste mit den Original‐Nummern ersichtlich sein. Pro Produkt ist diese Unterlage als PDF‐File in Druckqualität abzugeben, sowie die 3D‐Daten von allen Bauteilen und im zusammengebauten Zustand im abgestimmten Format.

The supplier supplies 2D/3D‐data of the complete product incl. parts lists and exploded view. Prescribed GROHE num‐

bers of the standard construction units must be shown in the parts list with the original numbers. Per product is this document to be delivered as pdf‐file in print quality and the 3D‐data off all components and the assembly in the agreed format.

Gestalterische und technische Änderungen bedürfen der schriftlichen Genehmigung von GROHE.

Technical and design modifications require the written approval of GROHE.

Verpackung

Der Lautsprecher wird in einem Polybeutel verpackt um zur weiteren Verwendung in die definierte Produktverpackung verpackt zu werden.

Die verkaufsfähigen Lautsprecher werden in einer Verpak‐

kung gemäß GSO 350.1.1001 eingesetzt.

Kartonagenmuster sind vorab zur Prüfung vorzulegen. Die GSO 350.1.030 ist zu berücksichtigen.

Produktverpackung inkl. eines EM Sicherungsetikett nach GSO 350.1.1001 Standard für Schachteln von DYI Produk‐

ten. Zusätzlich wird das Produkt mit zwei Umreifungsbänder gesichert, siehe Abb. 7.

Die Verpackung muss den Anforderungen der IATA Richtli‐

nien für Produkte mit Lithium‐Ionen Batterien entsprechen.

Packaging

The speaker is packed in a poly bag. In order for further use the product will also be packed into the defined pattern pak‐

king.

The saleable speakers are used in a packaging according to GSO 350.1.1001.

Packing examples must be submitted for check‐up.

GSO 350.1.030 must be taken into account.

Product packaging incl. EM anti theft label acc. to GSO 350.1.1001 Standard for boxes for DIY products.

The product will be protected with two additional straps, see pic. 7

The packaging has to be conform the IATA requirements for products with Lithium‐Ionen batteries.

Technische Produktinformation (TPI)

Eine TPI ist eine Montage‐, Bedienungs‐ oder Pflegeanlei‐

tung, die in unterschiedlichen Sprachen dem Endprodukt beizufügen ist. Für die Ausführung der TPI sind die Bestim‐

mungen in der GSO 382.0.1001 zu berücksichtigen.

GROHE (Abtlg. Technische Dokumentation) erstellt die Druc‐

kvorlagen (.pdf Format) der TPIs. Der Druck der TPI erfolgt im Auftrag des Lieferanten; Druckfreigabe erfolgt durch Fa.

GROHE, die nach dem Druck 5 Muster erhält.

Technical Product Information (TPI)

A TPI is a instruction sheet or a instruction for care, which is to be attached to the final product in different languages.

For the realization of the TPI, the regulation in the GSO 382.0.1001 is to be considered.

GROHE (department Technical documentation) makes the artwork (.pdf format) available.

The permission to print is raised by GROHE, after the prin‐

ting GROHE receives 5 samples.

Zulassungsanforderungen

Teile, die mit Trinkwasser in Berührung kommen, dürfen dessen Qualität nicht mehr als zulässig beeinflussen. Diese wird durch Zulassungen des jeweiligen Landes nachgewie‐

sen. Details dazu regelt die GSO 350.1.200.

Approval requirements

Parts coming into contact with drinking water may not change its quality more than permitted. This is considered to be proven by the approvals in the relevant countries. Spe‐

cification is regulated in GSO 350.1.200.

Für Teile, die in dieser GSO als zulassungspflichtig aufgeführt sind, ist bei Lieferung die Einhaltung dieser Anforderungen zu bestätigen.

For parts in this GSO which are listed as subject to approval, the compliance with this requirements have to be confir‐

med at delivery.

Änderungen der Materialien und / oder ihres Herstellver‐

fahrens bedürfen der vorherigen, schriftlichen Zustimmung von GROHE.

Changes on the material, its formulation and / or its manu‐

facturing process must be approved by GROHE in writing in advance.
