How do I resolve uncertainties about the meaning of certain information in a SED?

AD_BUC_08_Subprocess: Clarify Content

Description:

The Administrative sub-process 'Clarify Content' is used in a situation if you have received a SED from another institution and some or all of the content of the SED is not understandable for you and requires clarification.

The difference between AD_BUC_08 and similar H_BUC_01 is that AD_BUC_08 is used to clarify content of a particular received SED, while H_BUC_01 can be used for a broader set of purposes to obtain various types of information.

Legal Base:

Basic Regulation 883/04

SED Article 76

X013 Reply to Request For Clarification 
