How do I remind a Counterparty of a SED or information that it needs to provide to me?
AD_BUC_07_Subprocess: Reminder
Description:The Administrative sub-process 'Reminder' is used when a case is progressing between two institutions and for whatever reasons the other institution is not sending you the requested information. After a certain length of time you can choose to remind the other institution of the information you need.

Glossary of relevant terms used in AD_BUC_07_Subprocess:
Actor name Description Triggering
Participant
The Triggering Participant (you) is an active participant in the main process who triggers this BUC. This will be an Institution where the main process permits their role to do so
Other Participant(s)
Other Participant(s) represents all other active participants in the main process. This will be one or more Institutions as determined by the main process.
Steps:
To do so, you have to send a ‘Reminder’ SED X009 indicating the information needed and send it to the relevant Other Participant(s) from which you need a reply.
Upon receipt of the reminder Other Participant(s) that is expected to send the information may choose to a) Send the requested information/SED
b) Send a ‘Reply to Reminder’ SED X010 to indicate why the requested information cannot be sent at this time and when it could possibly be sent or to indicate that the information can be sent just at a later stage
Special requirements:
- Active participants in this case are those participants defined in the parent process which invoked this sub-process.
