Sehr geehrter InterXS-Kunde,
um InterXS zu verwenden mit Ihrem eigenen Modem, bitte führen Sie diese letzten Schritte am oder nach dem geplanten Aktivierungsdatum durch.
Schritte:
1. Verbinden Sie die Fritzbox mit dem Internetanschluss in Ihrem Haus (Telefonsteckdose bei DSL-Verbindung)
2. Verbinden Sie die Fritzbox mit dem Netz.
3. Verbinden Sie ein Telefon/Handy oder einen Computer über WLAN oder ein LAN-Kabel mit der Fritzbox.
4. Geben Sie “ fritz.box “ in die Adreszeile ein. Falls fritz.box nicht gefunden wird, müssen Sie möglicherweise die Datenverbindung auf dem Telefon vorübergehend deaktivieren und es erneut versuchen.
5. Wählen Sie, wenn gefragt, eine Sprache aus. Wenn die Fritzbox danach neu startet, verbinden Sie sich danach erneut mit „fritz.box“.
6. Login in der “ fritz.box “ mit dem Passwort, das auf der Rückseite des Routers steht.
7. Wählen Sie die gewünschte Sprache aus und wählen Sie die Schweiz als Land.
8. Normalerweise ist dies nicht erforderlich, aber manchmal ist ein Werksreset erforderlich.
Gehen Sie nach SYSTEM → SICHERUNG → Werkseinstellungen → Werkseinstellungen Laden.
9. Normalerweise wird es nicht benötigt, aber manchmal muss die Firmware geupgradet werden. Da dies nicht normal ist, wird das Verfahren hier nicht beschrieben.
10. Wählen Sie Annex A oder Annex B. (üblich Annex A) 11. Begrüßungsbildschirm: Klicken Sie auf; Übernehmen
12. Beenden Sie die Verbindingsvorgang indem Sie auf “abbrechen” klicken.
13. Wählen Sie in der oberen Ecke rechts das Einstellungsmenü aus, oder die drei Punkte wenn Sie ein Telefon/Handy verwenden. Dort auswählen “Erweiterte Ansicht”
14. In dem Menü, gehen Sie nach: INTERNET → ZUGANGSDATEN → Internetzugang Wählen Sie: Internetanbieter → Anderer Anbieter
Wählen Sie: Verbindung zu einer DSL-Leitung Wählen: is account information required: JA
Geben Sie Ihre Kontodaten ein (Username & Passwort, beachten Sie, dass es richtig geschrieben wurde, Kleinbuchstaben)
Die restlichen Einstellungen sind die Standardeinstellungen Klicken Sie auf: Übernehmen

15. In dem menu, gehen Sie nach: INTERNET → ZUGANGSDATEN → IPv6 Wählen Sie: IPv6 support aktiviert
Wählen Sie: Native IPv6-Anbindung verwenden Wählen Sie: Globale Adresse automatisch aushandeln Die restlichen Einstellungen sind die Standardeinstellungen Wählen Sie: Übernehmen
Wenn Sie die oben genannten Schritte abgeschlossen haben, sollte das Modem nun mit InterXS verbunden und die erforderlichen Einstellungen angepasst sein, mit denen Sie InterXS nutzen können.
Zusätzlich (nicht obligatorisch) empfehlen wir Ihen, Ihr Standard-WIFI-Passwort anzupassen.

Dear InterXS customer,
If you use your own modem to connect to InterXS, you need to follow these final steps on or after the scheduled activation date:
Step:
1. Connect the Fritzbox to the Internet connection in your house (which is the telephone socket in case of DSL)
2. Connect the Fritzbox to the power
3. Connect a phone or computer with the Fritzbox using WiFi or a LAN-cable
4. Open an internet browser on the connected device and typ “ fritz.box “ in the address bar. If fritz.box is not found, you might have to temporarily disable the data connection on the phone and try again.
5. If needed, select a language. If the Fritzbox restarts after this, connect to “ fritz.box “ again afterwards.
6. Login to “ fritz.box “ with the password that is mentioned on the back of the router 7. If needed, select a country
8. Usually it’s not needed, but sometimes a factory reset is needed.
Go to SYSTEM → BACKUP → Factory Settings → Load Factory Settings
9. Usually it’s not needed, but sometimes it’s necessary to upgrade the firmware. Because this is not normal, the procedure is not described here.
10. If needed select Annex A or Annex B. (Usual is Annex A) 11. Welcome screen: Click NEXT
12. Exit the connection wizard by pressing cancel
13. In the upper right corner select the settings menu or the three dots if you use a phone.
There, select “Advanced View”
14. In the menu, go to INTERNET → ACCOUNT INFORMATION → Internet Connection Choose: Internet service provider → Other Internet service provider Choose: connection to a DSL line
Choose: is account information required: Yes
Enter your account information (Username & Password received from InterXS. Note that it’s written correctly, lower case)
The rest of the settings are default Click: Apply
15. In the menu, go to: INTERNET → ACCOUNT INFORMATION → IPv6 Choose: IPv6 support enabled
Choose: Use native IPv6 connection
Choose: Automatically negotiate a global address The rest of the settings are default
Choose: Apply

After completing the steps above, the modem should now be connected with InterXS and the required settings adjusted, which enables you to use InterXS.
In addition (non-mandatory) we recommend to customize your default WIFI password.
These steps can also be found in the "Fritzbox Quick Guide".

Cher(e) client(e) d’InterXS,
Si vous voudriez utiliser votre modem pour connecter à InterXS, effectuez les dernières étapes suivantes à la date d'activation programmée ou après.
Étapes:
1. Connectez la Fritzbox à la connexion Internet de votre maison (qui est la prise téléphonique en cas de DSL).
2. Connectez la Fritzbox à l'alimentation électrique
3. Connectez un téléphone ou un ordinateur avec votre Fritzbox via wifi ou à l’aide d’un câble réseau.
4. Ouvrez un navigateur internet sur votre appareil connecté et saississez
"fritz.box" dans la ligne d’adresse. Si fritz.box n'est pas trouvé, vous devrez peut-être désactiver temporairement la connexion de données sur le téléphone et réessayer.
5. Si nécessaire, sélectionnez une langue. Si la Fritzbox redémarre après cela, connectez-vous à
" fritz.box " à nouveau par la suite.
6. Connectez-vous à " fritz.box " avec le mot de passe qui se trouve à l'arrière du routeur.
7. Si nécessaire, sélectionnez un pays
8. Habituellement, ce n'est pas nécessaire, mais parfois une réinitialisation d'usine est nécessaire.
Allez sur SYSTEM → BACKUP → Réglages d'usine → Charger les réglages d'usine 9. Habituellement, ce n'est pas nécessaire, mais parfois il est nécessaire de mettre à jour le
firmware. Comme ce n'est pas normal, la procédure n'est pas décrite ici.
10. Au besoin, sélectionnez l'annexe A ou l'annexe B. (Habituelle l'annexe A) 11. Écran de bienvenue : Cliquez sur SUIVANT
12. Quittez l'assistant de connexion en appuyant sur Annuler.
13. Dans le coin supérieur droit, sélectionnez le menu de configuration ou les trois points si vous utilisez un téléphone. Là, sélectionnez "vue avancée".
14. Dans le menu, allez à INTERNET → RENSEIGNEMENTS SUR LE COMPTE → Connexion Internet Choisissez : Fournisseur d'accès Internet → Autre fournisseur d'accès Internet Choisissez : connexion à une ligne DSL
Choisissez : est l'information de compte requise : Oui
Entrez les informations de votre compte (nom d'utilisateur et mot de passe reçus d'InterXS. Notez que c'est écrit correctement, en minuscules)
Le reste des réglages sont les valeurs par défaut Cliquez sur : Appliquer

Choisissez : Utiliser une connexion IPv6 native
