Literature Search

OPAC (Online Public Access Catalogue):

Our library catalogue (OPAC) provides the details of the entire media holdings which are available in the library. In the course of the literature search you can immediately see if a book has been ordered, if it is in the acquisition process or if it is available for loan in the open access library. If a book has been borrowed by another user, you have the option of placing a reservation. Once you borrowed a book which you want to keep longer it is possible to renew this item online.

The OPAC can be easily approached from every computer with internet access. This involves that you can search for literature, reserve media or renew borrowed items
