SCP-1370

FILE--RESTART REQUIRED BY $FREE-HIGH

Cause: Machine error.

Operator: Select option 3. Run the COMPRESS procedure before rerunning the job.

Note: System detected that a compression with a F R EE-H IGH had been interrupted (for example, by power outage). The COMPRESS procedure must be completed to move all files to the low end of the disk (next to the library) before rerunning the job. For further information about the COMPRESS procedure, see the IBM System/32 System Control Programming Reference Manual, GC21-7593.

SCP-1371

FILE--RESTART REQUIRED BY

$FREE-LOW

Cause: Machine error.

Operator: Select option 3. Run the $FR EE utility program specifying the FR EE-lOW parameter, then rerun the job.

Note: System detected that a compression with a FREE-lOW had been interrupted (for example, by power outage). The $FREE utility program must be run to move all files to the high end of the disk before rerunning the job. For further information about the $FREE utility program, see the IBM System/32 System Control Program-ming Reference Manual, GC21-7593.
