Hypertherme Perfusion mit cisplatinhaltigen Chemotherapeutika bei Tumorerkrankungen der Pleura
Bei Patienten mit Peritonealkarzinose konnte durch eine operative Tumorreduktion mit nachfolgender hyperthermer Cytostatika-Perfusion der Bauchhöhle die Überlebenszeit verbessert werden. Für Tumorerkrankungen der Pleura gibt es noch keine etablierten Therapieverfahren zur lokalen Tumorkontrolle und nur wenige Erfahrungsberichte zur Perfusion mit Cytostatika. Bei Patienten mit lokalem Tumorbefall der Pleura (Pleurakarzinose, Mesotheliom, Myxom, Rezidiv von Thoraxwandtumoren) erfolgt eine möglichst radikale Tumorresektion oder Tumorreduktion, gefolgt von einer intraoperativen hyperthermen Spülung mit Chemotherapeutika (Cisplatin). Ziel der Studie ist es, geeignete technische Lösungen für die Perfusion zu etablieren und die Verhinderung von Tumorrezidiven, bzw. eine verbesserte lokale Tumorkontrolle, und eine Verlängerung der Überlebenszeit z u erreichen.
