ELANUS is a high yielding tetraploid cultivar of the Swiss Mattenklee type with good resistance qualities. Even under high pressure of infection, ELANUS is hardly ever mildewed. This variety emerged from self-fertile breeding material which was treated with colchicine and selected on a high seed harvest. Its yield and persistence are similar to those of the approved varieties LARUS and ASTUR.
