The data that were obtained during the Master project is divided in six folders:

Note: In every folder is a text file (‘Hint’) listed to describe the respective data more precisely. This overview should serve as a brief instruction and provides all necessary information about where the certain data can be found.

 Additional_Information: contains all reports & manuscripts

 download_worksheet_dynamic: contains the raw data of the LI-COR and the corresponding evaluation (jupyter worksheets)

 Images: contains various images of different approaches and figures of various results

 LaserMicroscopy_and_ImageAnalysis: contains all leaf impression images in various formats and the applied KNIME workflow that was used for the image processing

 USB_data: contains the jupyter worksheets for evaluating the gas exchange measurement
