General information for access to Landratsamt Erding:
Due to the Corona-Virus Pandemic, coming to Landratsamt Erding is only possible with an appointment at the moment.
To arrange an appointment, contact the respective person (via tele- phone or email).
To access Landratsamt Erding you must wear a FFP2-mask.
Section 24 asylum management
We are responsible for accommodating and looking after asylum seekers who have been allocated to decentralized asylum quarters in the Landkreis Erding.
We also provides benefits according tot he asylum seekers´ benefits law.
1. Accomodation
The accommodation depends on the address in the allocation-notifica- tion.
The allocation of rooms ist he decision of the Landratsamt Erding.
Section 24 can order relocation to a different accommodation at a later date.
You are not entitled to a specific accommodation or a specific location.
Every accommodation has house rules, which must be followed.
2. Meldung von Schäden in der Asylunterkunft
If damages emerge in the accommodation (e.g. heating breakdown, no water, no electricity, please contact the following people:

If you are not working and do not have a resident permit, you are usually entitled to certain benefits according to AylbLG.

4. Refuge- and integration advice
For every decentralized asylum accommodation in the Landkreis Er- ding, there is one refuge- and integration advisor.
The refuge-and integration advisor helps occupants in many respects.
The advice is target-group-specific and adapted to individual require- ments.
IMPORTANT: There is no legal counselling or legal support service.

People who draw government benefits according to AsylbLG and SGB II, can apply fort he Lankreis passport with Section 24.
The application is free of charge.
By courtesy oft he Landkreis passport it is possible to acquire a dis- counted „Isar Card 9 Uhr“ (so-called „Isar Card S“) with Munich public transport.
