The title ‘A New Approach to the Characteristics and Short-Channel Effects of Double- Gate Carbon Nanotube Field-Effect Transistors using MATLAB: A Numerical Study’ by Alireza Heidari, Niloofar Heidari, Foad Khademi Jahromi, Roozbeh Amiri, and Moham- madali Ghorbani [ZNA67a, 317 (2012)] has been retracted by the Editor due to an unre- futed allegation of plagiarism of important material in this paper from a previously pub- lished work by Fiori et al. in IEEE Transactions on Electron Devices53, 1782 (2006).
