Pascal Heuberger
• I was a semi-professional Handball- Coach for 13 years
• I lived all over Switzerland and Berlin
• I am a primary teacher since 1997, always grades 4 – 6.
• I love all things computer, travelling and reading
• Born and raised in Zug (Switzerland).
Moved here from Singapore.
• I have been working in Grade 5 and 6 for the last 11 years.
• I love reading, movies, drama, arts and travelling.
• Additional degree in Drama Education

- New organization since school year 2019/2020 in Grades 2 - 6:
Deutsch 1 / Deutsch 2 / Deutsch 3
- Deutsch 1 includes structures (e.g. vocabulary, grammar), which are
especially important for students with a non-German-speaking background - Deutsch 2 and Deutsch 3: increasingly demanding levels
- Advantages:
• Smaller groups enable a more individual and active approach – the students have more speaking time
• Teachers are specialized on the specific requirements of their learning group
• Please always approach your child´s German teacher for any questions

▪ All written tests need to be signed by parents
▪ Marks in tests in tenths (e.g. 4,4)
▪ Marks in reports are rounded up/down to halves (e.g. 4,5) 6 = excellent 4 = barely sufficient
5,5 = very good 3,5 = barely insufficcient
5 = good 3 = insufficcient
4,5 = sufficient 2 = poor

1. Parent-Teacher meeting beginning late October 2019 30 minutes, 2 weekends and the days in between, we will make a doodle.
2. If necessary: Second meeting in late spring 2019.
3. Approx. 40-50% of primary students will go to Matura- level.

▪ Help with organizational tasks around school activities

9. Christmas Market Organization Team
- Again, the popular Christmas Market takes place at our school (Wednesday, 18. December 2019)
- The Organization Team welcomes new members: first meeting on
Wednesday, 4. September 2019 at 7.40 am in Thai Room 207A (next to the Library)
