SED A002 – Reply to Request for Exception

The ‘Reply to Request for Exception’ SED A002 is used in reply to a preceding ‘Request for Exception’

SED A001. The SED A002 can be used either to deny a request for an exception under Article 16.1 of Regulation (EC) 883/2004 or to accept the request but for a different period. For an unchanged approval of the request, please use the ‘Acceptance of Request for Exception’ SED A011.

Although not mandatory, it is strongly advised to explain in the A002 why the request was not approved or was approved for another period.

It is possible to add attachments to A002.
