Hot/ Thixo forging capability

The hydraulic high-speed press is a modified hydraulic press from Becker & van Hüllen. The press uses a nitrogen piston accumulator which acts on a hydraulic column controlled by proportional valves. The maximum ram speed is 800 mm per second. The press enables user to control the punch stroke and speed by adjusting it in

correspondence to punch stroke. The maximum force applied is 5000 kN.
