- Bildbeschreibung: Bild New Orleans
In the picture I can see people who are wearing costumes at a parade. In the background I can see big old houses. On the balconies are flags of the United States and a blue and brown flag. In the center of the pictures is a big cartoon king figure. On the right of the king is a colorful big wing of someone’s costume. In the foreground I can see many people who are also wearing costumes and are having a good time. I like the picture because it looks very cheerful and like lots of fun.

People in the Deep South are famous for being very friendly. The South is known for all kinds of music – e.g. blues, jazz and country. The Deep South has beautiful landscapes and wildlife.
The Deep South sometimes has extreme weather, e.g. hurricanes and tornadoes. In the past, landowners forced slaves to work in the cotton fields. In the Deep South are still living many people, who are intolerant and racist against black people or other minorities.
