TITLE:
Analysis of textbook sets, for teaching German as a foreign language at grammar schools, from the point of view of regional studies
ABSTRACT:
This diploma thesis deals with an analysis of selected contemporary textbook sets, which are used at grammar schools.
The theoretical part focuses on the term regional studies as such. It also discusses current approaches to teaching regional studies, intercultural learning and current trends,
which are associated with the field of presentation and applied teaching of regional studies.
The practical part deals with analyses of individual textbook sets according to criteria stated beforehand. Summarizing results of the analyses are presented in a table chart at the end.
