Einleitung

Einleitung

In der folgenden Anleitung wird erläutert, wie Sie eine Gira Türstation mit Ihrem PEAKnx Touch- Panel einrichten. Die Kommunikation zwischen dem Touch-Panel und der Türstation erfolgt über SIP. Stellen Sie daher bitte sicher, dass sich beide Geräte im selben Netzwerk befinden und YOUVI über einen Internetzugang verfügt.

Hinweis: Da der Kamerastream der Gira Türstation nicht frei verfügbar ist, kann nur ein Ka- merabild einer weiteren IP-Kamera in YOUVI eingebunden werden. Die Nutzung ist aber auch ohne Kamera möglich. Die Verwendung der Gira Software „TKS-Communicator“ ermöglicht die Nutzung der integrierten Kamera.

1 Gira TKS-IP-Gateway für YOUVI Türstationsmodul vorbereiten

1. Bereiten Sie das Gira TKS-IP-Gateway, das Steuergerät Video und die Türstation vor, sodass diese im Netzwerk gefunden werden können.

2. Um die Gira-TK-Analge einrichten zu können, müssen Sie die IP-Adresse des TKS-IP-Ga- teways in Ihren Browser eingeben. Wie Sie diese finden ist ebenfalls in der Anleitung der Türstation angegeben z.B.: 192.168.188.32.

−Sollten Sie eine Fritzbox nutzen, finden Sie diese unter fritz.box unter Übersicht > Heim- netz. Hier werden die aktiven Teilnehmer angezeigt. Klicken Sie nun auf „TKS-IP-GATE- WAY“.

3. Legen Sie Ihre Zugangsdaten fest oder loggen Sie sich mit Ihren bestehenden Zugangs- daten ein.

4. Klicken Sie auf „Einrichtung starten“.

5. Zur Nutzung des YOUVI Türstationsmoduls als IP-Telefon sind mindestens folgende Ein- stellungen nötig:

6. Klicken Sie auf „Speichern“ und „Weiter“.

7. Gehen Sie nun auf „Ruftasten anlegen“ und „Gira Assistent starten“.

8. Folgen Sie den angezeigten Anweisungen.

−Es erscheint eine Übersicht der vorhandenen Ruftaster. Um einen Ruftaster anzulegen, drücken Sie den Taster auf der Türstation für 3 Sekunden, bis ein akustisches Signal von der Türstation wiedergegeben wird.

−In der Übersicht wird nun die Ruftaste angezeigt.

9. Klicken Sie auf „Speichern“ und „Abschließen“.

10. Wählen Sie nun „IP-Telefone konfigurieren“ und “Gira Assistent starten“.

11. Klicken Sie auf „Neues IP-Telefon hinzufügen“.

12. Vergeben Sie passende Benutzerdaten und bestätigen Sie den Sicherheitshinweis.

14. Wechseln Sie zum Reiter „Rufe (eingehend)“.

15. Setzen Sie ein Häkchen bei der Türstation.

16. Wählen Sie „Speichern“ und „Abschließen“.

17. Sie erhalten eine Übersicht mit Ihren angelegten Funktionen.

18. Wählen Sie „Einrichtung abschließen“.

19. Starten Sie das Gateway neu.

2 Einrichten des YOUVI Türstationsmoduls

Über das Türstationsmodul ist es möglich, SIP-Gegensprechanagen in die Visualisierung einzu- binden. Dazu gehen Sie wie folgt vor:

1. Öffnen Sie die Dashboard-Seite von YOUVI Configuration über die Desktop-Verknüpfung oder das grüne Haus in der Taskleiste.

−Sie erreichen die Konfigurationsseite auch über den Browser, sofern Sie sich mit dem Ge- rät im selben Netzwerk befinden wie das PEAKnx Touch-Panel. Dazu geben Sie folgende URL in Ihren Browser ein:

−http://x.x.x.x:31228, Wobei x.x.x.x durch die lokale IP-Adresse Ihres PEAKnx Touch-Panels ersetzt werden muss. Diese wird Ihnen in der Serverübersicht gezeigt:

8 2. Gehen Sie auf „Türstation installieren“.

3. Unter Mehr > Lizenz können Sie die verbleibenden Tage Ihrer Testlizenz einsehen.

4. Zur unbegrenzten Nutzung erwerben Sie das Modul bitte im PEAKnx Shop.

5. Wählen Sie das Türstations-Symbol auf der Dashboard-Seite an, um die Einstellungen zu öffnen.

6. Fügen Sie über das „+“-Symbol eine neue Türstation hinzu.

7. Name der Türstation: Dieser Name erscheint als Bezeichnung oben links im Widget.

8. Benutzername: Hier tragen Sie den Namen ein, den Sie im TKS-IP Gateway für das Touch- Panel mit YOUVI (IP-Telefon) vergeben haben, z. B. „Controlpro“.

9. Passwort: Geben Sie hier das, dem Benutzernamen zugehörige Passwort ein.

10. SIP-Server IP-Adresse: Geben Sie hier die IP-Adresse des TKS-IP-Gateways ein.

11. Kamera-Stream: Falls verfügbar, geben Sie hier den Link eines zusätzlichen Kamera-Stre- ams ein.

12. Format des Streams: Wählen Sie ein geeignetes Streaming-Format aus.

13. Bildwiederholintervall in ms: Wenn „JPEG“ als Streaming-Format gewählt wurde, muss hier das Aktualisierungsintervall eingestellt werden, geben Sie z.B. 500 ms ein, um 2 Bilder je Sekunde zu erhalten.

14. Entsperrmethode: Wählen Sie aus, mit welchem Mechanismus Ihre Türöffnerfunktion an- gebunden ist.

−Schließen nach (für Telegramm): Wird eine Gruppenadresse angegeben, so wird beim Berühren des Türöffner-Icons eine 1 an die Gruppenadresse gesendet und nach Ablauf des Öffnungsintervalls eine 0 gesendet.

15. Speichern Sie Ihre Angaben.

Türstation in der Visualisierung hinzufügen 16. Öffnen Sie die Visualisierung.

17. Um zu gewährleisten, dass die Visualisierung bei einem Systemneustart automatisch ge- startet wird, öffnen Sie die YOUVI-Visu-Einstellungen unter Autostart und aktivieren Sie diesen.

18. Schalten Sie nun den Edit Mode ein und wechseln Sie zum Dashboard.

19. Wählen Sie den Button „Türstation“ aus, um eine in YOUVI Configuration angelegte Tür- station zu wählen.

20. Wenn Sie das Türstationsmodul dem Dashboard hinzugefügt haben, erscheint ein Widget mit einer Information bezüglich der Registrierung beim SIP-Server. Ist diese erfolgreich, ist das Türstationsmodul bereit zur Nutzung.

21. Um die Korrektheit dieser Einstellungen zu testen, betätigen Sie die Klingel an Ihrer Tür- station. Es öffnet sich das Türstationswidget auf dem Panel:

■Nach Annahme des Anrufs: Videoanruf tätigen, Öffnen der Tür, Stummschaltung, Anruf be- enden, Kamerabild deaktivieren

■Einen Klingelton in den Kacheleinstellungen des Türstations-Widgets hochladen oder von 5 vordefinierten Klingeltönen auswählen

■Dauer des Klingeltons in den Kacheleinstellungen festlegen

■Widget schließt sich nach dem Öffnen der Tür automatisch nach 3 Sekunden

■Videoübertragung in MJPEG, JPEG und RTSP

3 Audioassistent des TKS-Communicators

1. Audio-Komponenten auswählen

−Wählen Sie die Option „Mikrofon und Lautsprecher“

2. Lautstärke einstellen

−Starten Sie den Lautstärke-Test und stellen Sie den Schieberegler nach Ihren Bedürfnis- sen ein. Standardmäßig wird hier eine Position in der Mitte empfohlen.

3. Aufnahmegerät auswählen

−Wählen Sie hier die Option „Microphone (USB Digital Audio)“

4. Mikrofonlautstärke einstellen

−Machen Sie den Sprachtest und stellen Sie den Schieberegler auf den zweiten Strich von links.

−Wählen Sie unten im Fenster „Einstellungen“ an und machen Sie im nächsten Fenster

einen Doppelklick auf das Mikrofon mit dem grünen Haken.

−Hier können Sie jetzt unter dem Reiter „Pegel“ die Verstärkung einstellen. Diese muss auf 0 gesetzt werden!

−Übernehmen Sie die Einstellungen und schließen Sie das Fenster, um mit dem Assisten- ten fortzufahren.

■Mikrofonlautstärke abgleichen

−Drücken Sie den Start Button und stellen Sie den Schieberegler mittig ein.

■Sprachqualität optimieren

−Führen Sie den Sprachqualitäts- Test durch.

6. Konfiguration testen

−Starten Sie den Konfigurationstest 7. Audioassisten abschliessen

−Schließen Sie den Audioassistent und haben Sie Spaß mit Ihrer Controlpro Türsprachein- heit!

3.1 Fehlerbehebung

Problem Lösung

Nach einigen Sekunden guter Verständ- lichkeit an der Türeinheit wird der Sprecher am PEAKnx Panel plötzlich leise und kaum hörbar bzw. abgehakt und schlecht hörbar wahrgenommen.

Mikrofon wird zu sehr verstärkt, siehe Punkt 4 Mikrofonlautstärke. Mikrofonlautstärke etwas reduzieren (Schieberegler nach links)

An der Türeinheit wird der Sprecher am PEAKnx Panel in der richtigen Lautstärke wahrgenommen aber mit einem Rauschen im Hintergrund.

Der Assistent verstärkt das Mikrofon des PEAKnx Panel zu stark, siehe Punkt 5 Mikro- fonlautstärke optimieren. Reduzieren Sie die Mikrofonlautstärke (Schieberegler nach links) An der Türeinheit wird der Sprecher am

PEAKnx Panel zu leise wahrgenommen. Das Mikrofon wird zu wenig verstärkt, siehe Punkt 4 Mikrofonlautstärke. Erhöhen Sie die Mikrofonlautstärke (Schieberegler nach rechts)

3.2 TKS-Communicator größer darstellen

■Machen Sie einen Rechtsklick auf die Verknüpfung des TKS Communicators und wählen Sie Eigenschaften.

■Wechseln Sie zum Reiter Kompatibilität.

■Klicken Sie auf Hohe DPI Einstellungen ändern.

■Setzen Sie den Haken bei Verhalten bei hoher DPI-Skalierung überschreiben und wählen Sie im Drop-Down-Menü darunter „System (Erweitert)“.

■Bestätigen Sie in beiden Fenstern mit „Ok“.

Introduction

The following instructions explain how to set up a Gira door station with your PEAKnx touch panel. The communication between the touch panel and the door station is realized via SIP.

Therefore, please make sure that both devices are part of the same network and that YOUVI has Internet access.

Note: Since the camera stream of the Gira door station is not freely available, only a camera image of another IP camera can be integrated in YOUVI. However, the YOUVI door station mo- dule also works without a camera. The use of the Gira software „DCS-Communicator“ enables the use of the integrated camera.

1 Prepare the Gira TKS IP gateway for the YOUVI door station module

1. Prepare the Gira TKS-IP-gateway, the control device and the door station so that they can be found in the network.

2. To be able to set up the Gira TKS-IP gateway, you must enter the IP address of the TKS-IP gateway in your browser. How to find this is also specified in the instructions for the door station e.g.: 192.168.188.32.

−If you are using a Fritzbox, you can find it under fritz.box under Overview > Home Net- work. The active participants are displayed here. Now click on “TKS-IP-GATEWAY”.

3. If neccessary select English as language and set your login data.

4. Log in and click on “Start setup”.

5. At least the following settings are required to use the YOUVI door station module as an IP telephone:

20 6. Click on “Save” and “Next”.

7. Now go to “Create call buttons” and “Start Gira Assistant”.

8. Follow the displayed instructions.

−An overview of the existing call buttons appears. To create a call button, press the button on the door station for 3 seconds until an acoustic signal is played back from the door station.

−The call button is now displayed in the overview.

9. Click on “Save” and “Finish”.

10. Now select “Configure IP telephones” and “Start Gira Assistant”.

11. Click on “Add new IP telephone”.

12. Assign appropriate user data and confirm the security advice.

13. Select “Save”.

2 Setting up the YOUVI door station module

Via the door station module it is possible to integrate SIP intercom systems into the visualization. To do this, proceed as follows:

1. Open the YOUVI Configuration Dashboard page via the desktop shortcut or the green house in the taskbar.

−You can also reach the configuration page on your browser, as long as you are in the same network as the PEAKnx touch panel. To do this, enter the following URL in your browser:

−http://x.x.x.x:31228, Where x.x.x.x must be replaced by the local IP address of your PEAKnx touch panel. This is shown to you in the server overview:

2. Go to „Install Door intercom“.

3. Under More > License, you can view the remaining days of your trial license.

4. For unlimited use, please purchase the module in the PEAKnx Shop.

5. Select the Door intercom icon on the Dashboard page to open the settings.

6. Add a new door station via the „+“ symbol.

7. Intercom name: This name appears as a label in the upper left corner of the widget.

8. Username: Enter the name that you have assigned in the DCS-IP Gateway for the touch panel with YOUVI (IP telephone), e.g. “Controlpro”.

9. Password: Enter the password associated with the user name here.

10. SIP Server: Enter the IP address of the DCS IP Gateway here.

11. Camera Stream: If available enter a link of an additional camera stream here.

12. Stream Type: Select a suitable streaming format.

13. Stream Refresh Interval (ms): If “JPEG” was selected as streaming format, the refresh inter- val has to be set here, enter e.g. 500 ms to receive a new image twice per second.

14. Unlock method: Select the mechanism by which your door opener function is connected.

−Lock After (for telegram): If a group address is specified, a 1 will be sent to the group address when the door opener icon is touched and a 0 is sent after the opening interval has passed.

15. Save your entries.

16. Open the visualization.

17. In order to ensure that the visualization is automatically activated when the system is reboo- ted, open the YOUVI Visu settings under Auto start and activate this feature.

18. Now switch on the Edit Mode and switch to the Dashboard.

19. Select the “Door Intercom” button to select a door station created in YOUVI Configuration.

20. When you have added the door station module to the Dashboard, a widget with informa- tion about registration with the SIP server will appear. If this is successful, the door station module is ready for use.

21. To test these settings, press the door bell on your door station. The door station widget opens on the panel:

Functions of the widget:

■Before accepting the call: accept video call from the door station, reject, or open the door directly

■After accepting the call: make video call, open door, mute, end call, deactivate camera image

■Select a ringtone of 5 predefined tunes or upload a ringtone in the tile settings of the Door intercom widget

■The widget closes automatically 3 seconds after the door is opened.

1. Select audio components

−Select the „Microphone and Loudspeaker“ option.

2. Adjusting the volume

−Start the volume test and adjust the slider to your needs. By default a position in the middle is recommended.

3. Select recording device

−Select the option „Microphone (USB Digital Audio)“ here 4. Adjusting the microphone volume

−Do the speech test and move the slider to the second line from the left.

−Select „Settings“ at the bottom of the window and double-click on the microphone with the green tick in the next window.

−Here you can now set the gain under the „Level“ tab. This must be set to 0!

−Accept the settings and close the window to continue with the wizard.

3.1 Troubleshooting

Problem Solution

After a few seconds of good intelligibility on the door unit, the person on the PEAKnx Panel is suddenly perceived quiet and barely audible or cut off and hard to hear.

Microphone is amplified too much, see point 4 Microphone volume. Reduce the microphone volume slightly (slider to the left)

At the door unit, the person at the PEAKnx Panel is perceived at the correct volume but with white noise in the background.

The wizard amplifies the microphone of the PEAKnx Panel too much, see point 5 Optimize microphone volume. Reduce the microphone volume (slider to the left) At the door unit, the person at the PEAKnx

Panel is perceived too quiet. The microphone is not amplified enough, see point 4 Microphone volume. Increase the microphone volume (slider to the right)

■Right-click on the TKS Communicator shortcut and select Properties.

■Switch to the Compatibility tab.

■Click on Change high DPI settings.

■Check Override high DPI scaling behavior and select “System (Advanced)” from the drop- down menu below it.

■Confirm with “Ok” in both windows.

Introduction

Les instructions suivantes expliquent comment configurer une station de porte vidéo Gira avec votre panneau tactile PEAKnx. La communication entre le panneau tactile et la station de porte se fait par SIP. Veuillez vous assurer que les deux appareils sont sur le même réseau et que YOUVI a accès à Internet.

Remarque : Comme le flux de caméra de la station de porte Gira n‘est pas librement disponible, seule une image de caméra d‘une autre caméra IP peut être intégrée dans YOUVI. L‘utilisation est cependant également possible sans caméra. L‘utilisation du logiciel Gira „DCS-Communica- tor“ permet d‘utiliser la caméra intégrée.

1 Préparer la passerelle TKS-IP Gira pour le module interphone YOUVI

1. Préparez la passerelle Gira TKS-IP, l‘appareil de contrôle vidéo et la station de porte afin qu‘ils puissent être trouvés dans le réseau.

2. Pour pouvoir configurer la passerelle Gira TKS-IP, vous devez saisir l‘adresse IP de la passerelle TKS-IP dans votre navigateur. Le mode d‘emploi est également précisé dans les instructions relatives à la platine de rue, par exemple : 192.168.188.32.

−Si vous utilisez un Fritzbox, vous le trouverez sous fritz.box, sous Aperçu > Réseau domes- tique. Les participants actifs sont affichés ici. Cliquez maintenant sur « TKS-IP-GATEWAY ».

3. Si nécessaire, sélectionnez le français comme langue et définissez vos données de conne- xion.

4. Connectez-vous et cliquez sur « Démarrer le dispositif ».

5. Pour utiliser le module station de porte YOUVI comme téléphone IP, il faut au moins les réglages suivants :

−Station de porte Gira

−Téléphone IP

6. Cliquez sur « Mémoriser » et « Continuer ».

7. Allez maintenant à « Créer des touches d‘appel » et « Démarrer l‘Assistant Gira ».

8. Suivez les instructions affichées.

−Un aperçu des boutons d‘appel existants apparaît. Pour créer une touche d‘appel, appuyez sur le bouton de la station de porte pendant 3 secondes jusqu‘à ce qu‘un signal acoustique soit émis par la station de porte.

−Le bouton d‘appel est maintenant affiché dans l‘aperçu.

9. Cliquez sur « Mémoriser » et « Clôturer ».

10. Sélectionnez maintenant « Configurer des téléphones IP » et « Démarrer l‘Assistant Gira ».

11. Cliquez sur « Ajouter un nouveau téléphone IP ».

12. Attribuer les données d‘utilisateur appropriées et confirmer l‘avis de sécurité.

2 Configuration du module d’interphone YOUVI

Le module de station de porte permet d’intégrer des systèmes d’interphonie SIP dans la visualisation. Pour cela, procédez comme suit :

1. Ouvrez la page du tableau de bord de YOUVI Configuration en cliquant sur le raccourci du bureau ou la maison verte dans la barre des tâches.

−Vous pouvez également accéder à la page de configuration via le navigateur, à condition que vous soyez avec l’appareil sur le même réseau que l’écran tactile PEAKnx. Pour ce faire, entrez l’adresse suivante URL dans votre navigateur :

−http://x.x.x.x:31228, Où x.x.x.x.x doit être remplacé par l’adresse IP locale de votre pan- neau tactile PEAKnx. Celle-ci vous est présentée dans l’aperçu du serveur :

38 2. Sélectionnez « Installer Interphone ».

3. Sous Plus > Licence, vous pouvez voir les jours restants de votre licence d’essai.

4. Pour une utilisation illimitée, veuillez acheter le module dans la boutique PEAKnx.

5. Sélectionnez l’icône Interphone sur la page Tableau de bord pour ouvrir le module.

6. Ajoutez une nouvelle station de porte via le symbole „+“.

7. Nom d’interphone : Ce nom apparaît comme désignation en haut à gauche du widget.

8. Nom d’utilisateur : Entrez le nom que vous avez attribué dans la passerelle DCS-IP pour l’écran tactile avec YOUVI (téléphone IP), par exemple « Controlpro ».

9. Mot de passe : Entrez ici le mot de passe associé au nom d’utilisateur.

10. Adresse IP du serveur SIP : Saisissez ici l’adresse IP de la passerelle DCS-IP.

11. Flux de caméra : Si disponible, entrez un lien d’un flux de caméra supplémentaire ici.

12. Type du flux : Choisissez un format du flux approprié.

13. Taux de rafraîchissement du flux (ms) : Si « JPEG » a été sélectionné comme format du flux, l’intervalle de rafraîchissement doit être défini ici, entrez par exemple 500 ms, pour recevoir une nouvelle image deux fois par seconde.

14. Méthode de déverrouillage : Sélectionnez le mécanisme par lequel votre fonction d’ouver- ture de porte est connectée.

−Verrouiller après (pour le télégramme) : Si une adresse de groupe est spécifiée, un « 1 » est envoyé à l’adresse de groupe lorsque l’icône d’ouverture de la porte est touchée et un « 0 » est envoyé après l’intervalle d’ouverture.

15. Enregistrez vos entrées

Ajouter la station de porte dans la visualisation 16. Ouvrez la visualisation

17. Pour que la visualisation démarre automatiquement au redémarrage du système, ouvrez les paramètres YOUVI-Visu dans Autostart et activez-le.

18. Passez maintenant en mode Edit et passez au dashboard.

19. Sélectionnez la touche « Interphone » pour sélectionner une station de porte créée dans YOUVI Configuration.

20. Lorsque vous avez ajouté le module Station de porte au dashboard, le widget apparaît avec des informations sur l’enregistrement sur le serveur SIP. En cas de succès, le module de station de porte est prêt à l’emploi.

21. Pour tester ces paramètres, appuyez sur la sonnette de votre platine de rue. Le widget de la estacion de porte s’ouvre sur le panneau :

Fonctions du widget :

■Avant de prendre l’appel : accepter l’appel vidéo du portier vidéo, rejeter ou ouvrir directe- ment la porte

■Après avoir pris l’appel : passer un appel vidéo, ouvrir la porte, couper le son, mettre fin à l’appel, désactiver l’image de la caméra

■Sélectionnez une sonnerie de 5 mélodies prédéfinies ou téléchargez une sonnerie dans les paramètres de tuile du widget Interphone de porte

■Définissez la durée de la sonnerie dans les paramètres de tuile du widget Interphone de porte.

■Le widget se ferme automatiquement 3 secondes après l’ouverture de la porte.

■Transmission vidéo en MJPEG, JPEG et RTSP

22. Sélectionner les composants audio

−Sélectionnez l’option « Microphone et haut-parleur » 23. Régler le volume sonore

−Démarrez le test de volume et déplacez le curseur comme souhaité. Habituellement, il est conseillé de placer le curseur au centre.

24. Sélectionner le périphérique d’enregistrement

−Sélectionnez ici l’option « Microphone (USB Digital Audio) » 25. Régler le volume du microphone

−Effectuez un test de voix et déplacez le curseur de deux crans vers la gauche.

−Sélectionnez « Réglages » plus bas dans la fenêtre et double-cliquez dans la fenêtre suivante sur le microphone avec le crochet vert.

−Vous pouvez à présent régler le volume dans l’onglet « Niveau ». Il doit être mis sur 0 !

−Enregistrez les paramètres et fermez la fenêtre pour poursuivre l’assistant.

■Égaliser le volume du microphone

−Appuyez sur le bouton Start et déplacez le curseur au centre.

■Optimiser la qualité de la voix

−Effectuez un test de qualité de voix.

26. Optimiser le volume du microphone

−Déplacez le curseur de deux crans vers la gauche.

Problème Solution

Après quelques secondes avec une bonne clarté à l'unité de porte, la personne parlant au panneau PEAKnx devient soudainement peu audible ou le son est haché et plus diffi- cile à entendre.

Le microphone est trop amplifié, voir le point 4 Volume du microphone. Réduire un peu le volume du microphone (déplacer le curseur vers la gauche)

Au niveau de l'unité de porte, le locuteur du panneau PEAKnx est perçu au bon volume mais avec un bruit de fond.

L'assistant amplifie trop le microphone du panneau PEAKnx, voir le point 5 Optimiser le volume du microphone. Réduisez le volume du microphone (déplacer le curseur vers la gauche)

Au niveau de l‘unité de porte, le locuteur du panneau PEAKnx est perçu comme étant trop bas.

Le microphone est trop peu amplifié, voir le point 4 Volume du microphone. Augmentez le volume du microphone (déplacer le curseur vers la droite)

■Cliquez avec le bouton droit de la souris sur le raccourci de TKS Communicator et sélection- nez Propriétés.

■Passez à l’onglet Compatibilité.

■Cochez la case Remplacez le comportement de mise à l’échelle PPP élevée et sélectionnez

« Système (avancé) » dans le menu déroulant ci-dessous.
