Communication Cards
VORWORT

Think about the following:
1 Do you think that exams are too stressful? What could be done to change this?
2 How bad is stress for your health?
3 Is stress sometimes good for people? Why (not)?
4 How do you relax when you’re stressed about schoolwork?
5 Are there any activities in the photos that you don’t find relaxing? If yes, why?
6 Some people turn to alcohol or drugs when they are stressed.
Why is this not a good way to wind down?
