The Center for History and New Media offers a comprehensive and searchable database of more than 1100 History Departments around the World. The database is an excellent resource if you are looking for the email addresses of other historians. Many department Web pages also include detailed biographical information on their entire

faculty as well as information on their programs and requirements.
