A novel sesquiterpene named cyclopinol (1) together with two related known compounds, cyclocalopin A (2) andO- acetylcyclocalopin A (3), hasbeen isolated from the basid- iomyceteBoletus calopus. The structure of compound1was established on the basis of spectral methods (MS, IR, 1D, and 2D NMR experiments).
