George Mason University is seeking several post-doctoral teaching fellows to teach sections of a required one-semester Western Civilization course.

Candidates with doctoral degrees in history or art history are encouraged to apply.

The Western Civilization course at George Mason University is the result of a joint effort between faculty in both areas of our combined department of History and Art History.
