The UCL History of Art Department is seeking to appoint a part-time Associate Lecturer (Teach- ing) to cover the secondment leave of a member of academic staff between 19 December 2021 - 18 June 2022. The post is available at 0.5FTE, equivalent to 18.25 hours per week and teaching will be on Mondays and Wednesdays. Teaching will begin in the week of 10 January 2022.

HART0071 Methods and Materials of Artists is an existing module that is particularly aimed at stu- dents on the BA History of Art, Materials and Technology programme. Methodologies of Making focuses on issues of art making, remaking, collecting, mediating and conserving and will be co-- taught with an established member of academic staff.

This role is to cover the secondment leave of a member of academic staff between 19 December 2021 and 18 June 2022.

We encourage applications from candidates with specialisms in heritage science, critical heritage studies, conservation, museum studies, media archaeology, or art history. We also encourage can- didates with interests in visual material culture and in exchanges across cultures.

Candidates should hold a PhD and have prior experience of teaching at undergraduate level.
