Ein Preisindex ist ein statistisches Mittel zur Messung von Preisänderungen im Laufe der Zeit. Ausgangspunkt ist der so genannte Warenkorb, der eine große Anzahl von Gütern und Dienstleistungen des typischen Verbrauchs enthält.

Un indice dei prezzi al consumo è uno strumento statistico che misura le variazioni nel tempo dei prezzi di un insieme di beni e servizi, chiamato paniere, rappresentativo degli ef- fettivi consumi delle famiglie in uno specifico anno.

Den Hauptindex stellt dabei der Verbraucherpreisindex für alle privaten Haushalte (NIC), der sich auf den allge- meinen Verbrauch der privaten Haushalte bezieht und somit der Index mit der größten Dichte ist. Dieser Index wird für alle Provinzhauptstädte sowie auf gesamtstaatlicher Ebene monatlich erhoben und stellt folglich einen Monatsmittel- wert dar.

L’indicatore principale è l’indice dei prezzi al consumo per l’intera collettività (NIC), che fa riferimento ai consumi dell’intera popolazione presente sul territorio nazionale ed è quindi l’indice di maggiore densità. Questo indice viene calcolato mensilmente sia su base nazionale che per ogni comune capoluogo di provincia e rappresenta quindi un valore medio mensile.

A partire dal 1992 viene calcolato distintamente con e senza tabacchi (poiché l’indice nazionale con tabacchi, così come l’indice per Bolzano con e senza tabacchi sono resi disponi- bili dall’ISTAT solamente a partire dal 1996, vengono qui di seguito messi a disposizione solamente i relativi valori).

Die Berechnung dieses Indexes erfolgt nach der Laspeyres- Formel.

La determinazione dell’indice viene effettuata mediante l’applicazione della formula di Laspeyres.

Wichtig: Bei Änderung des Basisjahres muss der neue In- dex mit dem entsprechenden Umrechungskoeffizienten multipliziert werden, bevor man Veränderungen zu Indizes mit der alten Basis berechnet.

Importante: Nel caso di cambio di anno base il nuovo indice va moltiplicato per il relativo coefficiente di raffronto prima di calcolare la variazione dell’indice con la vecchia base.

Nachstehende 2 Rechenbeispiele: Qui di seguito 2 esempi di calcolo:

a) Prozentuelle Steigerung zwischen zwei monatlichen gesamtstaatlichen Indexziffern mit gleicher Basis:

Um die prozentuelle Steigerung der gesamtstaatlichen Indexziffern von Jänner 2005 bis Jänner 2007 zu er- rechnen, dividiert man den Index von Jänner 2007 durch den Index von Jänner 2005, multipliziert das Ergebnis mit 100 und zieht 100 ab (das Ergebnis wird auf eine Dezimalstelle gerundet):

a) Variazione relativa a due indici mensili nazionali con base uguale.

Dovendosi, ad esempio, calcolare la variazione percen- tuale verificatasi tra gli indici nazionali del gennaio 2005 e del gennaio 2007, basterà dividere l'indice del gennaio 2007 per quello del gennaio 2005, moltiplicare il risultato per 100 e sottrarre 100 (arrotondando il risultato finale alla prima cifra decimale).
