The agronomic characteristics of Paradisia are the result of a long lasting selection within the breeding material of meadow fesque of the RAC Changins.

Paradisia shows a very strong resistance against leaf diseases, in particular against rust and bacterial wilt.

In the Swiss assortment, Paradisia achieves the highest marks for the value of use at higher altitude.
