JÄRELDUSED

Im Dokument Tartu 2018 (Seite 31-42)

1. Võrreldes normaalkaalulisi, ülekaalulisi ja rasvunud 33-aastaseid täiskasvanuid, on normaalkaaluliste ja ülekaaluliste naiste liikumispausid nädalavahetusel pikemad kui tööpäevadel. Rasvunud naisedontööpäevadel liikuvamad kui ülekaalulised.

2. Rasvunud naised on ainuke grupp, kes liiguvad nädalavahetusel rohkem kui istuvad, teiste gruppide vahel erinevusi ei leitud.

3. Võrreldes naisi ja mehi teevad normaalkaalulised Eesti mehed tööpäevadel pikemaid liikumispause kui naised. Naiste ja meestevõrdluses teiste näitajatevahel erinevusi ei leitud.

4. Normaalkaaluliste naiste pikem aeg liikumispausides on seotud suurema talje ja puusa suhtega.

5. Nii naistel kui meestel on liikumispausid seotud väiksemaja istumistsüklid suurema rasvaprotsendi ja rasvamassiga.

6. Meeste tööpäevade istumistsüklid on seotud suurema ja liikumispausid väiksema taljeümbermõõdu, talje ja puusa suhte, viie nahavoldi summa, rasvaprotsendi ja rasvamassiga.
