The site pages of the action group GIGA (Gemeinschaftsinitiative Gesünder Arbeiten e.V.) pay special attention to the relationship be-tween employee motivation and company success. In particular they present a highly up-to-date model of good practice which was given the Best Practice Award for Medium-sized Service Providers.
