Charging status LEDs do not light up, de-spite batteries insert-ed in the transmitter charging stations.

The transmitter is with-out power from the power supply unit.

Check that the power supply unit is properly connected and that the mains electricity outlet is working prop-erly.

Charging status LED does not light up, de-spite a battery being inserted.

No contact between battery and charging station in the transmit-ter.

Insert the batteries cor-rectly and completely into the transmitter.

Check if the contact areas are clean.

Charging status LED for the receiver does not light up, despite the receiver being put in the charging dock.

No contact between the receiver battery and the charging dock of the transmitter.

Make sure that the receiver is correctly placed in the charging dock.

The receiver does not work, no sound trans-mission.

No battery placed in the receiver.

Insert the battery in the receiver.

The transmitter is not or not properly con-nected to the TV- or stereo set.

Check the cables and connectors between the transmitter and the audio source.

The TV- or stereo set is not switched on or the output has not been configured properly.

Switch the audio source on or check the settings.

The pairing has been lost

Pair the transmitter and the receiver again.

The receiver does not work, no sound trans-mission.

The receiver is not switched on.
