PHV issue: Ramipril
Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,
basierend auf der Evaluierung des PSURs im EU-HBD-worksharing Projekt (Verfahrensnummer:
DE/H/PSUR/0043/001) kommt es zu der Empfehlung, folgende Ergänzungen in die Fach- und Gebrauchsinformation aller Ramipril – hältigen Arzneispezialitäten aufzunehmen.
Sollten diese bereits aufgenommen worden sein, betrachten Sie dieses Schreiben als gegenstandslos.
• Amendments to the Product Information
The P-RMS proposes no amendments to the current product information of Ramipril
After the DLP of the submitted PSUR the product information of Ramipril underwent 4 major updates:
- Update for harmonisation of the SmPC (Article 30 referral)
- Update according to the Article 31 referral concerning RAAS dual blockade and aliskiren use - Update according to Article 45 paediatric worksharing
- Ongoing update to include the increased risk of angioedema after concomitant use of mTOR inhibitors and DPP-4-Inhibitor vildagliptin.
Oben angeführte Textabschnitte stellen eine Mindestanforderung dar, zusätzliche nationale Hinweise in diesen Abschnitten sind zu belassen.
