Call for Nominations for Board Members, Society of Contemporary Art Historians

Society of Contemporary Art Historians (SCAH) Deadline: May 31, 2021

The Society of Contemporary Art Historians (SCAH), an affiliate society of the College Art Associa- tion (CAA), is now accepting nominations from graduate students and scholars at any stage for the following two-year executive board member positions:

1) Vice President (works with incoming president to determine the direction of the society) 2) Webmaster (manages scahweb.org and works with the head of communications) 3) Treasurer (manages SCAH finances)

4) Programs Coordinator (coordinates online programs and liaises with regional groups to help with local programs)

5) Graduate Representative (addresses the needs of contemporary art history graduate students) All of these positions last for two years and begin in February 2022.

The Call for Nominations will take place from April 30th-May 30th.

Please submit all nominations and self-nominations with a brief one/two sentence bio and one/t- wo sentence description outlining your goals for the position to Christian Whitworth at cpwhit@s- tanford.edu. This material will be uploaded to the elections page on the SCAH website.

Election Voting will happen from May 30th-June 30th via a google form, which we will make avail- able through an announcement on the google group and through our website as well. You must be a member to vote in the elections. If you are not a member, please sign up via the scahwe- b.org. We now have a pay-as-you-can and student option.
