1. Factory authority terminate workers any time without showing any valid reason.

2. If the employment period is over 5 years, workers are terminated illegally from job without paying salary allowance, holiday allowance, Arrear

allowance, overtime payment, resign benefit.

3. In the factory, female workers are tortured physically.
