SED S056 – Notification of Application for Cash Benefits - Long Term Care

This SED has to be used by the Competent Institution in order to notify the Institution in the Member State of Residence (Or Stay) about an application for cash benefits – long term care.

The mandatory fields are:

- Notification of Application for cash benefits - long term care - Date of Application
