Farbabweichung seitliche Abdeckungen

Fehlerbild: Die seitlichen Abdeckungen der Truhen unterscheiden sich farblich.

Ursache: Farbumstellung.

Von der Farbumstellung sind die seitlichen Abdeckungen, sowie der Deckel für Netzteil und Elektronik betroffen.

2. Elektrische Bauteile entfernen Remove electrical components

2.1. Bedienelektronik und Fühler (wenn rechte Abdeckung getauscht wird) Electronic control system and sensor (if the right cover is being replaced)

- Schraube der Elektronikabdeckung entfernen. Abdeckung an markierten Stellen ausrasten und entnehmen (Abb. 2.1 /2).

Remove the screw belonging to the electronic control system cover. Release and remove the cover at the marked points (Fig. 2.1 /2).

- Befestigungsschrauben des Platinenträgers entfernen (Abb. 2.1 /3) und Platinenträger samt Elektronik nach hinten schwenken und entnehmen (Abb. 2.1 /4).

Remove the fastening screws belonging to the PCB carrier (Fig. 2.1 /3) and swivel the PCB carrier complete with electronic control system to the rear and remove (Fig. 2.1 /4).

- Befestigungsschrauben entfernen (Abb. 2.1 /5).

Remove the fastening screws (Fig. 2.1 /5).

- Abdeckung des Verdampferfühlers ausklippsen und entnehmen (Abb. 2.1 /6). Den Fühler ausklippsen.

Hinweis: Bei der Montage muss die Fühlerperle ordnungsgemäß verrasten, sodass eine optimale Verbindung zwischen Fühlerperle und Verdampferleitung entsteht. Nur so ist das ordnungsgemäße Regelverhalten des Gerätes gewährleistet.

Unclip the evaporator sensor cover and remove (Fig. 2.1 /6). Unclip the sensor.

Note: The sensor bead must lock properly during assembly so that an ideal connection is created between the sensor bead and the evaporator line. Only in this manner is the correct control behaviour of the appliance ensured.

- Abdeckung des Stapelmarkenfühlers ausklippsen und entnehmen (Abb. 2.1 /8). Den Fühler ausklippsen.

Unclip and remove the stack mark sensor cover (Fig. 2.1 /8). Unclip the sensor.

- Abdeckung des Bodenfühlers ausklippsen und entnehmen (Abb. 2.1 /10). Den Fühler ausklippsen.

Unclip the base sensor cover and remove (Fig. 2.1 /10). Unclip the sensor.

- Wenn alle Fühler aus deren Halterungen geklippst sind, können die Fühler aus den Rohren gezogen werden (Abb. 2.1 /13).

The sensors can be pulled out of the tubes once all sensors have been unclipped from their holders (Fig. 2.1 /13).

Hinweis: Bei der Montage darauf achten, dass die Fühler nicht vertauscht werden.

Note: During assembly, ensure that the sensors are not mixed up.

2.2. Netzteil der LED-Beleuchtung (wenn linke Abdeckung getauscht wird) Mains adapter for the LED interior light (if the left cover is being replaced)

- Befestigungsschraube der Abdeckung des LED-Netzteiles entfernen und Abdeckung entnehmen (Abb. 2.2 /1).

- Befestigungsschraube entfernen und LED-Netzteil links unten aushaken und nach vorne kippen (Abb. 2.2 /2).

Remove the fastening screw of the LED mains adapter cover and remove the cover (Fig. 2.2 /1).

Remove the fastening screw and unhook the LED mains adapter at the bottom left and tilt forwards (Fig. 2.2 /2).

- Netzteil und Kabel der LED-Beleuchtung abstecken. Befestigungsschraube entfernen.

Disconnect the mains adapter and the cable of the LED lighting. Remove fastening screw.

3. Abdeckung entfernen (Bsp. rechte Abdeckung) Removing the cover (e.g. right cover)

- Klebeverbindung zwischen Abdeckung und Rahmen lösen, indem die Abdeckung innen angehoben wird.

Undo the adhesive bond between the cover and the frame by lifting the cover from the inside.

- Außen ist die Abdeckung eingehakt. Mit Schraubenzieher aushaken (Abb. 3 /4).

The cover is hooked in on the outside of the appliance. Unhook using a screwdriver (Fig. 3 /4).

- Abdeckung etwas nach außen ziehen (ist ca. 1cm über die Längsprfile geschoben), danach nach oben abnehemen.

Pull the cover outwards slightly (pushed approx. 1 cm along the longitudinal profile) and then remove upwards.

- Wenn die Abdeckung gänzlich gelöst ist, diese etwas anheben und die Kabel im hinteren Bereich ausfädeln.

Once the cover has been completely undone, lift it slightly and unthread the cable in the rear area.

- Rückstände des originalen Klebers entfernen (Abb. 3 /10).

Remove residue from the original adhesive (Fig. 3 /10).

4. Abdeckung montieren (Bsp. rechte Abdeckung) Mounting the cover (e.g. right cover)

- Flächen reinigen und entfetten und neuen Kleber (Terostat) auftragen (Abb. 4 /1-2).

Clean the surfaces and degrease and then apply new adhesive (Terostat) (Fig. 4 /1-2).

- Neue Abdeckung reinigen und entfetten. Kabel in Durchführung der neuen Abdeckung einfädeln.

Clean the new cover and degrease. Thread the cable through the feedthrough of the new cover.

- Abdeckung von außen in die Längsprofile einsetzen (Abb. 4 /5) und auf Rahmen drücken - außen haken die Nasen wieder ein – (Abb. 4 /6).

From the outside, insert the cover into the longitudinal profile (Fig. 4 /5) and press on the frame – the lugs on the outside of the appliance hook back into place – (Fig. 4 /6).

Kabel

- Abdeckung andrücken. Elektrische/Elektronische Bauteile und deren Abdeckungen wieder montieren.

Press against the cover. Re-assemble the electrics/electronics parts and their covers.
