Die Kunsthalle Exnergasse laedt ein, fuer das Jahresprogramm 2002 Ausstellungsprojekte vorzuschlagen.
Wir wenden diesmal ein zweistufiges Auswahlverfahren an und ersuchen fuer die erste Stufe um Projekte fuer eine Ausstellung in Form von einer
A4-Seite, gemailt (Betreff: Einreichung fuer Programm 2002) oder per Post an Kunsthalle Exnergasse, A-1090 Wien, Waehringer Strasse 59 bis spaetestens 4. Mai 2001 (Poststempel). Die Kunsthalle Exnergasse versteht sich als offene Plattform fuer Ausstellungen und Projekte, prozesshafte Gruppenprojekte werden bevorzugt.
Wir ersuchen Sie zwecks Vergleichbarkeit auf dieser Seite um 1) Konzept (Idee)
2) Name ProjekteinreicherIn oder KuratorIn
3) Namen der Personen, die an dem Projekt teilnehmen werden 4) Adresse, Telefon, Fax, Email
Fuegen Sie bitte einen kurzen Lebenslauf mit Ausbildung, durchgefuehrten
Projekten, Ausstellungen etc. an.
Im Falle einer Auswahl durch den Beirat (Christine Baumann, Andreas Dworak, Rike Frank, Franziska Kasper, Hemma Schmutz, Johannes Schweiger) in der ersten Stufe werden wir fuer die zweite Stufe
Material nachfordern, alle anderen Einreichungen werden von der Absage informiert.
Zur Vefuegung stehen:
400 qm Raum, Infrastruktur der Kunsthalle Exnergasse,
Presseaussendungen, Pressearbeit, Fotodokumentation der Ausstellung, Homepage mit Ankuendigung http://www.wuk.at/kunsthalle, Druck und
Versand von 4000 Einladungskarten, fuer jede Ausstellung ein Techniker im Ausmass von 20 Stunden fuer Auf- und Abbau, div. technische Geraete und 1.500 Euro fuer Fahrt-und Aufenthaltskosten und Material. Die Kunsthalle Exnergasse uebernimmt die Durchfuehrung der Vernissage incl.

Kunsthalle Exnergasse invites you to submit exhibition proposals for the year 2002. This time there will be two phases of selection. Thus we request that you submit your proposal in form of an A4 page. (ATT:
proposal for 2002). You can send this page per email or regular mail.
to Kunsthalle Exnergasse, A-1090 Wien, Waehringer Strasse 59.
kunsthalle.exnergasse@wuk.at. The deadline is May 4, 2001. (postage stamp). Kunsthalle Exnergasse is an open platform for exhibitions and projects; process oriented group projects are preferred.
To evaluate the proposals we would need 1) concept (idea)
2) name of person/curator submitting the project 3) names of the people who participate in this project 4) address, phone, fax, email
Please attach a short CV of your background, realized projects, exhibitions, etc.
If the advisory board (Christine Baumann, Andreas Dworak, Rike Frank, Franziska Kasper, Hemma Schmutz, Johannes Schweiger) agrees on accepting your project in the first round, we will ask for further
materials in the second. People whose proposals were not accepted will be informed immediately.
The facilities at Kunsthalle Exnergasse are:
400 m2 space, infrastructure of Kunsthalle Exnergasse, press work and mailing, photo documentation, homepage with announcements:

cards, one technician for every exhibition (20 hours) for setting up and taking down of the exhibition, various technical devices and 1.500

Euro for trips, housing and material. Kunsthalle Exnergasse takes care of the opening and the buffet.
