[Ausfiihrungsbei spie1e
}
(Erstes Ausfiihrungsbei spiel
)

(Firstexemplary embodiment)
Thepresent laserprocessing deviceis designedsuchthat a laserprocessingtip
10 anda damper30 areconnectedwithone anothersuchthattheirrelative spatial relationshipis constant, asthisis shownin Fig. 1. The damper30 canbenecessarily cooled with a coolantfluid (water).
[0011],
A
housing 11 ofthelaserprocessing tip 10 andahousing20 to hold thedamper30aredesignedas onepiece withone anotherand suchthat, in thenormal state, an entranceangle GjofalaserbeamBjrelative to avertical axisZis equalto areflection
angle Go ofareflectionlaserbeam Bo, and thatthe reflection laserbeamBo reflected
bythe reflectionangle Gqarrives inthe centerofan opticalreception surface 31 ofthe damper31 [sic].
[0012]
Therefore, even whenthe entrance angle Giofthe laserbeamBj is regulatedand
varied, therelative spatialrelationshipbetweenthelaserprocessingtip 10 andthe damper30 remains unchanged inthe horizontal direction, suchthatthe reflection laser
beamBodoesnot deviatefromthe opticalreception surface 31. Thetreatment is also easyin the regulationoftheentrance angle Oj. Theoperationwiththescanningofthe
laserbeamBi in the x-directionis also possible. Thescanningin anotherdirectionis also possible, wherebythe entrance angleGjofthelaserbeamBj is alwayskept withina predeterminedrange(althoughthis isnot shown).
[0013]
Sincethehousing20alsocomprises aguidepart 22, evengiven alarge change oftheentrance angle Githe reflection laserbeam Bodoesnotescape outwards, whereby
the frontend 25 oftheguidepart22 and the front end 15 ofthehousing 11 ofthe laser processingtip 10suitably faceone another, such thatthe shieldingeffectcanbe
significantlyincreasedbyoperatinggas. Moreover, theoperating gas issupplied via a supplyopening 12byanoperatinggas supply device 17.
[0014]
The damper30 andthehousing20aredesigned with oneanotheras a single part, whereby theoptical reception surface31 is designeduneven, wherebythe reflection laserbeamBoreflectsmultiple times and canbe damped. Theoptical reception surface 31 isalsocoated with a laserbeamabsorptionmeans viawhichthe laserbeam is absorbed and damped. Since a coolingchamber(cooler) 32 thatprevents
a heatingofthe damper30 isalsoprovided inthe inner partabovetheopticalreception surface31, a continuous laserprocessingispossibledueto thecontinuousabsorption anddamping ofthe reflection laserbeamBo-
[0015]
The coolingwaterofawatercooling device 35 is let into thecooling chamber 32viaan input33 and letoutofthisvia anoutput34. Thedamper 30 canthereforebe
necessarilycooledwith high efficiency.
[0016]
A
temperaturemeasurementdevice45 andamonitor 52 are also providedin thisexemplary embodiment, viawhich an energyabsorption stateofthe damper30can bedetected. Thismeansthatthetemperaturemeasurementdevice45 measures an inputtemperatureTj and anoutput temperatureToofthe coldwaterbymeansofa temperature sensor(forexamplea thermistor, athermoelement)46 mountedat the input33 and atemperature sensor(for exampleathermistor, athermoelement)47 mountedattheoutput34 and determines a temperatvire differenceAT
(=Tj-To) thatisdisplayed on amonitor 50.
