Nach Beendigung seiner langjährigen Tätigkeit in einem renom- mierten Dentalunternehmen in Schaan, wo er in den Bereichen der Entwicklung und der Herstellung von Keramik, Keramikzähnen, Presskeramik etc. innovativ tätig war, gründet er die WOHLWEND AG Dental Manufaktur.
Nach eigenen Ideen (Visionen) wurde die Metallkeramik Vision- Classic entwickelt und erstmals zur IDS 1995 in Köln vorgestellt.
Nach erfolgreicher Markteinführung der Metallkeramik folgten weitere Keramiksysteme.
Wir bieten ein umfangreiches Portfolio in der Entwicklung, Herstel- lung und dem Vertrieb von innovativen und biokompatiblen Ke ra- mik werkstoffen zur Herstellung von ästhetischem Zahnersatz.
Seit November 1997 ist die Wohlwend AG erfolgreich nach ISO 13485 und EG-Richtlinie 93/42 EWG zertifiziert.

Das Vision-Low-Konzept ist als Schichtmaterial für die Metallkeramik sowie Vollkeramik in den Einsatz zu bringen. Sowohl als “Standalone”- Presskeramik für die Mal- oder Schichttechnik, oder als Press-über- Metall-Technik.
Und dies alles bei einer niedrigen Temperatur (770°C Dentinbrand) und einer geringen Härte. Diese Härte kommt der des natürlichen Zahnes nahe. Eine Antagonistenfreundlichkeit ohne den sogenann- ten Schleifpapiereffekt, jedoch ohne Einbußen der Biegefestigkeit, sowie einer natürlichen Farbwiedergabe und Brillanz.
Dabei spielt sich alles in einem sehr populären WAK-Bereich ab und erlaubt so auch die Verwendung von vielen Nicht-Edelmetallen.
Ein weites Indikationspektrum mit Pellets in Opazitätsgraden von 25-85% lässt keine Wünsche offen.

One system that meets all your needs!
The Vision-Low concept is to bring in use as a build up material for pfm and fullceramic restorations. Both, as a ”standalone” press ceramic for staining or layering technique, or as press over metal technique.
All this happens at a low temperature (770 °C dentine firing) and a low hardness. This hardness is close to the natural tooth. Very Ant- agonist friendly without a sandpaper effect, even there is no loss of flexural strength, keeping the natural colour reproduction and brilliance.
This plays out in a very popular area of the CTE-range, allowing also access to many non-precious alloys.
With a wide range of indications with pellets in the opacity of 25-85% no wishes are left unfullfilled.

Vision-Universal Glasur
Unsere Universalglasur wird gebrauchsfertig geliefert. Die Glasur kann für alle Systeme verwendet werden, es müssen nur die Brenn- temperaturen beachtet werden.
Natürlich kann man auch Vision fremde Sys- teme damit glasieren. Hier sollte beachtet werden, das die Glanzbrandendtemperatur 10°C niedriger liegen sollte als normal.
Vision-Universal glaze
Our universal glaze is delivered ready to use.
The glaze can be used for all systems, it is only in need to observe the internal tempe- ratures.
Of course you can also glaze non Vision sys- tems. Here it should be noted that the final temperature firing has to be 50°F lower than usual.
Vision-Zirkon-Einfärbefluid
Das Fluid dient dazu, die fertig gefrästen und nachgearbeiteten Zirkongerüste vor dem Sintern einzufärben. Das Fluid beeinträchtigt das Zirkon nicht in seiner physikalischen Eigenschaft und verleiht eine einheitliche Farbgebung. Es stehen 6 Vision-Einfärbeflui- de zur Verfügung, um das gesamte Farb- spektrum der Vita Farbscala abdecken zu können.
Vision-Zircon-Colouringfluid
The fluid is used to colour the ready-milled and refinished zircon framework before sintering.
The fluid does not affect the zirconium in its physical properties and produces a homoge- neous colour. There are 6 Vision-Colouring- fluides available to cover the entire colour spectrum of the Vita-scale.

Vision-Bonding ist ein Verbundmaterial aus keramischer Masse und Metalloxid. Das Bonding neutralisiert die Gerüstoberfläche und dient als WAK Puffer. Vision-Bonding wird in gebrauchsfertigem Zustand geliefert.

Vision-Bonding is a bonding agent, con- sisting of porcelain and metal oxides. The Bonding neutralises the metal surface and serves as a CTE buffer. Vision-Bonding is de- livered ready for use. It is an excellent bond between porcelain and alloy, with tempera- ture alternation resistance.
