Critical percolation and graph sequences Adam Timar

Abstract: Based on a paper by Benjamini, Nachmias and Peres we present partial results on a conjecture of Schramm, about whether critical probability of percolation is local. More precisely, suppose that a sequence of infinite graphs converges to some other infinite graph. Is it true that the critical parameter for Bernoulli percolation converges as well? An interesting application to random subgraphs of expander sequences also follows from the methods.
