3. Funktion
Kontrollieren Sie bei Erstinbetriebnahme des Gerätes nochmals die Unversehrtheit des Produkts sowie die Funktion. Das aplic Ladegerät ist für das Mikroprozessor- gesteuerte Laden von NiMH-Akkus bestimmt. Die vier voneinander unabhängigen Ladeschächte können Akkus des Typs AA und AAA gleichzeitig aufnehmen und an- steuern. Das große, gut abzulesende Display zeigt Informationen wie den aktuellen Ladestand des jeweiligen Schachtes visuell in Form eines Batteriesymbols mit vier Ladebalken (1x Balken ~ 25%) an. Ein blinkender Balken bedeutet, dass der jeweilige Ladestand noch nicht erreicht ist. Ein permanent leuchtender Balken signalisiert das

Erreichten des Ladestandes. Wird bei einem Batterieschacht der Ladevorgang been- det, so wird dies per Batteriesymbol mit vier vollen dauerhaft angezeigten Balken dargestellt. Akkus werden mit einem Ladestrom 200mA für Typ AAA-Akkus und mit 450mA für Typ AA-Akkus geladen. Der Ladestrom wird vom Ladegerät automatisch gewählt, nachdem erkannt wurde, welcher Akku-Typ eingelegt worden ist.
4. Inbetriebnahme
Entnehmen Sie das Gerät aus der Verpackung und entfernen Sie jegliches Verpa- ckungsmaterial. Schließen Sie das Ladegerät an eine ordnungsgemäß angeschlos- sene 230V AC Steckdose an. Im Anschluss können Sie die gewünschten Akku-Typen (AA oder AAA) in das Ladegerät einlegen.
Achtung! Laden Sie nur wiederaufladbare Akkus. Verwenden Sie bitte in keinem Fall Batterien!
Sobald ein oder mehrere Akkus eingelegt sind, erkennt das Netzteil automatisch, ob der eingelegte Akku-Typ AA oder AAA ist und passt den Ladestrom entsprechend automatisch an. Achten Sie des Weiteren darauf, dass der zu ladende Akku vom Typ NiMH ist, und nicht NiCd oder von anderen Akkutypen.
Es kann vorkommen, dass tiefenentladene oder defekte Batterien nicht aufgeladen werden können. Sollte dies der Fall sein, zeigt das Display ein “BAD”-Symbol an.
Während des Ladevorgangs erscheint im Display das Wort „CHARGE“. Sobald die Akkus vollständig aufgeladen sind, erscheint im Display das Wort „READY“. Anschlie- ßend können Sie die Akkus entnehmen. Sofern gewünscht, können Sie weitere Ak- kus aufladen.
5. Reinigung und Pflege
Trennen Sie das Gerät vom Stromnetz und stellen Sie sicher, dass dieses spannungs- frei ist. Wischen Sie es mit einem trockenen weichem Tuch ab. Verwenden Sie bitte keine aggressiven Reinigungsmittel.
6. Sicherheitshinweise und Haftungsausschluss
Versuchen Sie nie das Gerät zu öffnen, um Reparaturen oder Umbauten vorzuneh- men. Vermeiden Sie Kontakt zu den Netzspannungen. Schließen Sie das Produkt nicht kurz. Das Gerät ist nicht wasserdicht, bitte verwenden Sie es nur im Trockenen.

Thank you for choosing an aplic product. Please read the following user manual carefully so that you can enjoy your purchased product for a long time. Before us- ing the delivered product, check that they are complete, faultless and undamaged.

3. Function
When the device is put into operation for the first time, check the intactness of the product and the function again. The aplic charger is intended for micropro- cessor-controlled charging of NiMH batteries. The four independent charging slots can accommodate and control batteries of type AA and AAA at the same time.

6 English (1 bar ~ 25%). A blinking bar means that the respective charging level has not yet been reached. A constantly glowing bar indicates that the charging level has been reached. If the charging process is completed in a battery slot, then this is indicated using the battery symbol showing four full bars glowing constantly.
Batteries are charged with a charging current of 200mA for AAA type batteries and with 450mA for AA type batteries. The charging current is automatically selected by the charger after detecting what type of battery has been inserted.
4. Initial use
Take the device out of the package and remove all the packaging material. Connect the charger to a properly installed 230V AC socket. You can then insert the desired type of battery (AA or AAA) into the charger.
Caution! Charge only rechargeable batteries. Please do not use non-rechargeable batteries!
As soon as one or more batteries are inserted, the power supply unit automatically detects whether the inserted battery type is AA or AAA and automatically adjusts the charging current. Please also ensure that the battery type to be charged is NiMH and not NiCd or any other battery type.
It may be that completely discharged or defective batteries cannot be recharged. In such cases, the display shows a "BAD" symbol.
During the charging process, the word "CHARGE" is shown in the display. Once the batteries are completely charged, the word "READY" is shown in the display. You can then remove the batteries. If required, you can charge more batteries.
5. Cleaning and Maintenance
Disconnect the device from the mains and make sure that it is not carrying any current. Wipe it using a dry and soft cloth. Please do not use aggressive cleaning agents.

Never try to open the device to carry out repairs or conversions. Avoid contact with mains voltages. Do not short-circuit the product. The device is not certified for use in the open air; only use it in dry conditions. Protect it from high humidity, water and snow. Keep it away from high temperatures. Do not subject the de- vice to sudden changes in temperature or heavy vibration as this might damage electronic components. Examine the device for damage before using it. The unit should not be used if it has received an impact or has been damaged in any other way. Please observe national regulations and restrictions. Do not use the device for purposes other than those described in the instructions. This product is not a toy. Keep it out of the reach of children or mentally impaired persons. Any repair or alteration to the device not carried out by the original supplier, will invalidate the warranty or guarantee. Components must be disposed of or recycled separately as dangerous, toxic elements can inflict sus- tained damage on the environment if they are disposed of incorrectly. Avant de mettre en service les marchandises livrées, vérifiez qu‘elles sont com- plètes, exemptes de défauts et non endommagées. Le chargeur aplic est conçu pour le chargement contrôlé par microprocesseur de batteries NiMh. Les quatre baies de charge fonctionnant indépendamment les unes des autres peuvent rece- voir et contrôler simultanément des batteries de types AA et AAA. Le grand écran facilement lisible montre des informations telles que l'état actuel de charge de chaque baie de manière visuelle sous forme d’un symbole de batterie avec quatre barres de charge (1 barre ~ 25 %). Une barre clignotante signifie que l'état de charge correspondant n’est pas encore atteint. Une barre allumée en continu si- gnale l’atteinte de l'état de charge. Lorsque le processus de chargement se termine dans une baie de batterie, cela est indiqué par un symbole de batterie avec quatre barres affichées en continu. Les batteries sont chargées avec un courant de charge de 200 mA pour les batteries de type AAA et de 450 mA pour les batteries de type AA. Le courant de charge est sélectionné automatiquement par le chargeur, une fois que le type de batterie inséré a été reconnu.
4. Mise en service
Sortez l'appareil de l'emballage et retirez tout matériau d'emballage. Connectez le chargeur à une prise de 230 V CA correctement raccordée. Vous pouvez ensuite placer dans le chargeur les types de batteries (AA ou AAA) souhaités.
Attention ! Ne chargez que des batteries rechargeables. Ne l'utilisez en aucun cas des piles non rechargeables !
Une fois qu’une ou plusieurs batteries ont été insérées, le bloc d'alimentation re- connait automatiquement si la batterie insérée est de type AA ou AAA et ajuste le courant de charge en conséquence. Assurez-vous aussi que les batteries à charger soient du type NiMh et non NiCd ou tout autre type de batterie. Il peut arriver que des batteries fortement déchargées ou défectueuses ne puissent pas être char- gées. Dans un tel cas, l'écran affiche un symbole « BAD ». Durant le processus de chargement, le mot « CHARGE » apparait sur l'écran. Une fois que les batteries sont complètement chargées, le mot « READY » apparait sur l'écran. Vous pou- vez ensuite retirer les batteries. Si vous le souhaitez, vous pouvez charger d’autres batteries.
5. Nettoyage et entretien
Débranchez l’appareil du secteur et assurez-vous qu’il soit sans tension. Essuyez-le avec un chiffon doux sec. N'utilisez pas de nettoyants agressifs.

Il grande display di facile lettura visualizza informazioni quali lo stato di carica attuale della rispettiva postazione sotto forma di un simbolo di batteria con quattro segmenti (1x segmento ~ 25%). Un segmento lampeggiante indica che non è ancora raggiunto il rispettivo stato di carica. Un permanentemente acceso segnala il raggiungimento dello stato di carica. Il completamento della carica in una postazione di batteria viene rappresentato da un simbolo di batteria con quattro segmenti visualizzati permanentemente.
Le batterie vengono caricate con una corrente di carica di 200mA per batterie di tipo AAA e con 450mA per il tipo AA. La corrente di carica viene selezionata au- tomaticamente dal caricabatterie dopo che è stato riconosciuto il tipo di batteria inserito.
4. Messa in funzione
Rimuovere il prodotto dall'imballaggio e togliere qualsiasi materiale di imballaggio.
Collegare il caricabatterie a una presa elettrica da 230V AC regolarmente collegata.
Successivamente è possibile inserire nel caricabatterie i tipi desiderati di batterie (AA o AAA) ricaricabili.
Attenzione! Caricare solo batterie ricaricabili. Non utilizzare assolutamente bat- terie normali!
Dopo l'inserimento di una o più batterie, l'alimentatore riconosce automaticamen- te se la batteria inserita è del tipo AA o AAA e adatta automaticamente la corrente di carica di conseguenza. Prestare attenzione affinché la batteria da ricaricare sia di tipo NiMH e non NiCd o di altri tipi di batterie ricaricabili.
Può accadere che non sia possibile ricaricare batterie completamente esauste o difettose. In tal caso, il display visualizza il simbolo "BAD".
Durante il processo di ricarica, sul display appare la parola "CHARGE". Non appena le batterie sono completamente cariche, sul display appare la parola "READY". Suc- cessivamente è possibile rimuovere le batterie ricaricabili. Se richiesto è possibile ricaricare ulteriori batterie ricaricabili.
5. Pulizia e manutenzione
Sconnettere l'apparecchio dalla rete elettrica e accertarsi che sia privo di tensione.
Pulire l'unità con un panno morbido e asciutto. Non utilizzare detergenti aggressivi.

18 Español El cargador de Aplic está pensado para cargar pilas NiMH a través de un micropro- cesador. Los cuatro huecos de carga,que trabajan por separado, pueden acoger y cargar al mismo tiempo pilas de los tipos AA y AAA. El display, grande y cómodo de leer, muestra información como el nivel actual de la carga del correspondiente hueco en forma de un símbolo de batería con cuatro columnas de carga (cada co- lumna el 25%). Una columna intermitente significa que todavía no se ha alcanzado el correspondiente nivel de carga. Una columna iluminada permanentemente se- ñala que se ha alcanzado el nivel de carga. Si en un hueco de pila se ha completado el proceso de carga, esto se mostrará por símbolo de batería con cuatro columnas visualizadas continuamente. Las baterías se cargan con una tensión de carga de 200 mA para el tipo de pilas AAA y con 450 mA para el tipo de pilas AAA . La co- rriente de carga será elegida automáticamente por el cargador, después de que se haya reconocido qué tipo de pila se ha colocado.
4. Puesta en funcionamiento
Saque el aparato del embalaje y retire todo el material de embalaje. Conecte el car- gador a una caja de enchufe debidamente conectada de 230 V AC. A continuación puede colocar en el cargador los tipos de pilas deseados (AA o AAA).
¡Atención! Cargue únicamente pilas recargables. ¡No lo utilice en ningún caso para cargar baterías!
Tan pronto como se han colocado varias pilas, la fuente de alimentación reconoce automáticamente si el tipo de pila colocado es AA o AAA y adapta automáticamen- te la corriente de carga de la forma adecuada. Preste atención también a que la pila a cargar sea del tipo NiMH, y no NiCd u otros tipos de baterías. Puede suceder que las pilas descargadas en exceso o defectuosas no puedan ser cargadas. Si su- cede esto, el display muestra el símbolo «BAD». Durante el proceso de carga en el display aparece la palabra «CHARGE». Una vez que las pilas están completamente cargadas, en el display aparece la palabra «READY». A continuación puede retirar las pilas. Si así lo desea, puede cargar otras pilas.
5. Limpieza y cuidado
Separe el aparato del bloque de alimentación y asegúrese de que esté desconec- tado de la tensión. Límpielo con un paño suave y seco. No utilice productos de limpieza agresivos.

No intente nunca abrir el dispositivo para repararlo o modificarlo. Evite entrar en contacto con las tensiones de la red. No cortocircuite el producto. El dispositivo no está homologado para el uso al aire libre, manténgalo siempre seco. Protéjalo de una elevada humedad ambiental, agua y nieve. No exponga el dispositivo a altas temperaturas.
Compruebe el dispositivo antes de utilizarlo por si presentara algún deterioro.
No utilice el dispositivo si ha recibido un golpe o se ha dañado de cualquier otro modo.Respete las disposiciones y restricciones nacionales. No utilice el dispositi- vo para otros fines a los detallados en el manual. Este producto no es un juguete.
Manténgalo alejado de los niños o las personas con discapacidad mental. Toda reparación o modificación en el dispositivo que no haya sido efectuada por el pro- veedor original ocasiona la pérdida de todos los derechos de garantía. 7. Indicaciones para la eliminación
Según la directiva europea WEEE, está prohibido eliminar los equipos eléctricos y electrónicos con la basura doméstica.
