In the original publication of the article, under the abstract, the following sentence “Ninety-five patients were finally enrolled.” was published incorrectly. The correct sentence should read as “Ninety-one patients were finally enrolled.”.

In addition, under the abstract, the result, and the figure leg- end for Figure 1, the percentage of Kaplan–Meier survival

estimate, was published incorrectly as “The overall 1, 3, 5, and 10-year event free rate, estimated using Kaplan–Meier survival estimate, was 96, 91, 83, and 74%, respectively.”.

The correct value should read as follows “The overall 1, 3, 5, and 10-year event free rate, estimated using Kaplan–Meier survival estimate, was 96, 89, 86, and 77%, respectively.”.
