T21XR Klebstoffentferner

Speziell entwickeltes Hartmetall-Instrument zur Entfernung von Kleberresten nach der Entfernung kieferorthopädischer Brackets.

Bei geringer Geschwindigkeit verwendete HM-Instrumente sind sehr wirkungsvoll zur Grobentfernung des verbliebenen Klebers und erzeugen nur geringe Rautiefe bei minimalem Schmelzverlust. Die Methode zur Entfernung von Kleberresten ist von großer Bedeutung für die Vermeidung von Schäden am Schmelz, etwa von Sprüngen, erhöhter Rauigkeit, übermäßigem Schmelzabtrag oder Überhitzung des Zahnes und Pulpanekrose. Nach der Entfernung der Klebstoffreste von der Schmelzoberfläche sollte eine Politur der Zahnoberfläche erfolgen, um die Oberflächenrauigkeit zu vermindern, siehe Seite 13 Cerapol-Polierer.

Vorteile des Klebstoffentferners: Eine Spezial TiN-Beschichtung glättet die Hartmetall-Oberﬂäche des Klebstoffentferners und verhindert so ein Zuschmieren der Instrumentenschneiden währen der Arbeit. Dadurch ist ein ruhiges und kontrolliertes Abtragen der Klebstoffreste möglich. Drehzahl opt. 30.000 upm.

T21XR Adhesive Remover

Special developed TC-Bur for removal of residual resin after debonding of orthodontic brackets. Tungsten carbide burs at low speeds are most efﬁcient for gross removal of the residual resin and produced the ﬁnest scratch pattern with the least enamel loss.

The method of removal of the residual resin is very important to avoid damages on enamel, such as cracks, increased roughness of enamel, excessive enamel wear, overheating of the tooth and pulp necrosis. After removing the resin remnants from enamel surface, polishing of tooth surface is recommended to reduce the surface roughness, see page 13 Cerapol-Polisher.

Advantages of the adhesive remover: A special TiN coating smoothes the tungsten carbide surface of the adhesive remover, preventing clogging of the instrument blades during removal of the adhesive. This enables quiet, controlled removal of the residual adhesive. Speed opt. 30,000 rpm.

T21XR Fraise de retrait des résidus de colle

Cette fraise a été conçue spécialement pour l’élimination des résidus de colle après la dépose des brackets d’orthodontie. Les fraises en carbure de tungstène à basse vitesse sont les plus efficaces pour l’élimination importante des résidus de résine tout en produisant le moins de stries possibles et le moins de perte d’émail. La méthode d’élimination des résidus de résine est très importante afin d’éviter tous dommages sur l’émail tels que fissures, augmentation de la rugosité, usure excessive, surchauffe de la dent et nécrose pulpaire. Il est recommandé de polir la surface de la dent afin de réduire la rugosité de surface après avoir éliminé les résidus de résine, voir page 13 Polissoire Cerapol.

Fresa di tungsteno speciale per l‘eliminazione dei residui di resina dopo la rimozione di brackets ortodontici. Le frese di tungsteno a bassa velocità sono molto efficienti per eliminare i residui di resina e producono la struttura di taglio più fina con la minima perdita di smalto. Il metodo usato per la rimozione dei residui di resina è molto importante per evitare danni allo smalto, come fratture, aumentata rugosità, eccessiva rimozione dello smalto, surriscaldamento del dente e necrosi della polpa. Dopo la rimozione dei residui di resina dalla superficie dello smalto, si consiglia vivamente di lucidare la superficie del dente per ridurne la rugosità, vedi pagina 13 Lucidante-Cerapol.

Vantaggi della fresa per la rimozione dell‘adesivo: una speciale stratiﬁcazione di TiN rende liscia la superﬁcie di metallo della fresa ed evita così l‘intasamento delle lame dello strumento durante la lavorazione. In questo modo è possibile eliminare i residui dell‘adesivo in maniera controllata e ferma. Velocità ottimale 30.000 giri/min.

Las fresas de carburotungsteno a baja velocidad son las más eficaces para la remoción de la mayor parte de la resina residual y producen el más fino patrón de rayado con la mínima pérdida de esmalte. El método de eliminación de la resina residual es muy importante para evitar daños en el esmalte, como grietas, aumento de rugosidad del esmalte, excesivo deterioro del esmalte, sobrecalentamiento del diente y necrosis pulpar. Ventajas de los eliminadores de adhesivos: una capa espacial de TiN cubre la superﬁcie de carburotungsteno de los eliminadores de adhesivos, evitando así una obstrucción de los instrumentos de corte durante el trabajo.
