Exercise 3 (K-D tree)
1. Which nodes have to be visited during the search
for all points within the rectangle defined by
(5, 15) (17, 21).
2. Insert the points (7,48) and (17,24).
3. Delete the points (21,28) and (28,13).

Some oft the z-values on slide 404 are wrong. Correct them.
