What do the participation mana- gers do?

The participation managers show the young adults ways into qualification, training, and em- ployment.
Individual counselling and support!
The counselling provided by the participation managers is tailored to the individual needs of the person. They provide support with questions about work, education, and training. Housing, finances, health, and leisure. If necessary, they refer people to other services.
Where do the participation mana- gers provide advice?
The counselling services of the participation managers are offered throughout the district in all 24 towns and municipalities. There are contact points in the cities of Rheine, Steinfurt, Greven, Lengerich and Ibbenbüren.
In addition, counselling can also take place at home or in other places (for example in a café).

Who can take advantage of the
“participation management”?
The offer is directed to young adults at the age of 18 to 27 years:
• Preferably with a “Duldung” (temporary suspensi- on of deportation)
• In subordinate ranking with a permit.
• In particular, those should benefit from the offer who, despite the need for support, have no or only subordinate access to the regular offers of training, work, and language support.
