− Do not use any sharp or abrasive cleaners to clean the colour watch.

Wipe the colour watch off with a damp cloth. Use a mild detergent if necessary.

Dispose of cardboard and carton as waste paper and foils via the recyclable material collection service.

Disposal of colour watch

Old colour watches may not be disposed of in the household garbage.

Should the colour watch no lon- ger be capable of being used at some point in time, dispose of it in accordance with the regulations in force in your state or coun- try. This ensures that old colour watches are recycled in a profes- sional manner and also rules out negative consequences for the environment.

Batteries must not be disposed of together with domestic waste!

As a consumer you are required by law to leave any batteries, re- gardless of whether they contain hazardous material* or not, with a collection point in your commu- nity/your borough or return them to your retailer to be disposed of in an environmentally friendly manner.

Notice:

We recommend not wearing the colour watch in the sauna since condensate may build-up due to temperature differences and thus damage the colour watch mechanism.

Pressure peaks may occur during swimming movements or under a water jet (e.g. during showering or washing hands). Under these conditions the affected areas are subjected to significantly higher mechanical stresses than the immersion depth would initially suggest. Only for classifications from 50 m can a watch be justifi- ably considered water resistant (showering possible). For classifications from 100 m it is possible to also wear the watch during swimming.

However, water resistance is not a lasting property, as the integrated sealing elements may deteriorate in function due to daily use or may become damaged due to an impact or being allowed to fall.

If a watch is exposed to great temperature differences, for example going for a swim in cool water after sunbathing, condensate may form inside the housing. This is not necessarily indicative of water leaks but it is mandatory to promptly remove the moisture.

Proceed as follows to set the time:

1. To be able to move the crown, pull the crown 1 (see Fig. A) out.

2. Turn the crown until you have set the time.

3. Push the crown back in.

Changing the battery

As a special tool is required to change the battery, have a watch specialist change it.

Warranty

The product is guaranteed to be free from defects in workmanship and parts for a period of 3 years from the date of purchase. Defects that occur within this warranty period, under normal use and care, will be repaired, replaced or refunded at our discretion. The benefits conferred by this warranty are in addition to all rights and remedies in respect of the product that the consumer has under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 and similar state and territory laws.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other rea- sonably foreseeable loss or damage. you are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Repair and Refurbished Goods or Parts Notice

Unfortunately, from time to time, faulty products are manufactured which need to be returned to the Supplier for repair.

Please be aware that if your product is capable of retaining user-generated data (such as files stored on a computer hard drive, telephone numbers stored on a mobile telephone, songs stored on a portable media player, games saved on a games console or files stored on a USb memory stick) during the process of repair, some or all of your stored data may be lost.

We recommend you save this data elsewhere prior to sending the product for repair.

you should also be aware that rather than repairing goods, we may replace them with refurbished goods of the same type of use refurbished parts in the repair process.

Please be assured though, refurbished parts or replacements are only used where they meet AlDI’s stringent quality specifications.
