Suggestion Revision

Page 3, lines 21-22 precedence should be precedent

This wording has been changed.

In APA Style, main headings are centered.

The next level of heading is aligned with the left-hand margin.

APA 7th edition format has been used for the headings in the paper.

The second and third research questions seem to suggest an outcome in advance of

conducting the study (how did…differ). It would be better to ask "Were there

differences in…"

The second and third research questions were revised based on this feedback.

On page 5, when discussing surveys, indicate why this study lent itself to an online

questionnaire.

A sentence was added to p. 5 about why the online survey was used.

In the Data Analysis, please provide a rationale for using descriptive statistics and Chi-square analysis. Why were these approaches appropriate?

More information regarding the rationale for descriptive statistics and chi-square analyses were added.

It was good to see that there was some effort to develop the survey instrument. Could you say a bit more about this? Were any revisions made, based on the input from your panel of experts, for example?

Changes to the survey based on input from the panel are explained on p. 6.

Were there any questions that allowed teachers to comment and, if so, what did you do with these data? The following statement was not clear. Are you saying that you added a Likert-scale item or an open-ended

question?

The types of questions (closed and open- ended questions) included on the survey are described on p. 5-6.

When I read this on page 7:

Survey responses to closed-ended questions were analyzed descriptively (e.g., frequencies, percentages, ranges) using SPSS (IBM Corp., 2017)

It seemed to imply that there were some open- ended questions.

If teachers' comments are available, it would be entirely appropriate to analyze them and include verbatim responses, if available.

Analyses for an open-ended question about challenges have been added to the data analysis and results sections. Content related to these findings has been integrated into the discussion.
